Have used this company a couple of times because my husband said the boxers are the best! This time I had to contact customer services and I had an immediate response from Joseph who was polite and helpful and dealt with my query really quickly. The boxers turned up next day! Would definitely use again!! Highly recommend

My husband thinks they are a very good quality product. Super soft fabric, very comfortable and washes well. Loves the fit which prevents chaffing. Excellent design.

The website does my head in! Half the colours aren't available, and you have to choose from a pre-selected pack of multiple colours. I don't want to be told which, very limited selection of colours I have to choose from.

They are comfy, but one question…… why is the bottom of the pouch not stitched to the rest of the boxer? There is literally no need for a ‘fly’. I’m also not sure why my ‘twig’ needs separating from my ‘berries’ the biggest issue for any man in normal boxers is everything sticking to your leg! If you put the whole lot in the pouch, it’s much comfier, however my berries keep falling out of the gap in the bottom in the pouch! Very odd!

Ordered a formal dress on 26/5/23 and it never arrived. Have tried following up several times via email with no response. Very poor form. Order number is #xm10_8219. Have since had to order a new dress from a different company,

I’ve been a customer of JustWears for a number of years now and can honestly say that my undies drawer has no other brand in there anymore as I’ve slowly weeded them out for more of these amazing pants. The quality of material and fit are top notch for for my crotch!! Fantastically comfortable and they never lose their shape and the colour range stays strong throughout the many washes they’ve had thus far. Highly recommend them to anyone who hasn’t jumped into a pair yet. Pricing, service and delivery also excellent too so please give them a try.

The most comfortable underwear ever! My partner bought me some for my birthday a few months ago and I’ve been back to buy more for myself! The fabric stays so soft even after many washes. My personal preference is the ones with a pouch - game changer for me and will slowly replace all my others over the coming months.

Bought the Briefs for my husband after he tried the Boxers, which he loves. The briefs are just as good if not better with a short leg, especially in this hot weather. Both keep him perfectly cool! Great Job guys! Excellent service too!

Absolute game changer! Saw this product advertised on social media and bought my partner 3 pairs for Christmas one year and he's never looked back! He has thrown away all of his old boxers and replaced them all with Just Wears. Super soft, luxurious, ultimate comfort and fit, great for the gym or everyday life. Could not recommend them more highly.

These are the most comfortable, soft boxers AND they wash really well too. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service but a flawed product.

The team at JustWears are delightful from start to finish. The customer experience is next to none. Which is such a pity as - for me - the product was not living up to expectations. I ordered a size L with a 33 inch waist so it should be spot on. The shorts fit well but the elastic band is so tight it is uncomfortable and painful. The first thing my wife asked was "are these not painful? That elastic cuts off circulation".

Again - I was immediately offered an XL to try (I refused as it is a design flaw) so the team at JustWears is fantastic.

If you don't have the same problem I did, you are in for a winner but if you do, it may be something for the design team to think about.

The underwears are perfect! Strechy, comfortabel and just amazing. My private parts DON'T SMELL an I sweat more less under there compared to basic underwears of other brands. Even after the gym. It feels like I'm wearing nothing. They are the most comfortabel underwears I've ever worn. The quality is amazing. They don't itch.

Very comfortable & look good, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for

I ordered 2 just wears underwear and they were as comfortable as advertised.
It was like wearing nothing on as they were so light and thin.
I will certainly be going back for more!
