The collection process was very efficient. Communications were excellent, with a tracking website so I knew exactly when to expect them.

I completed their online form to request a quote, got a call from a bloke who spoke at a million miles an hour, and I asked a question and he interrupted me and said, “Mate it’s all in the text I’m about to send you,” and I continued with, “But just one quick question…” and he hung up in my ear. Unbelievable. Shocking customer experience. I texted him back telling him I don’t do business with rude people. I’ll never contact these people again. Horrific.

They backed their truck into the roof, damaged the guttering and cost 2k in damages (Accidents happen). Contacted them to which "Richard" said they had lodged a claim with their insurance. At the time I was a renter and also working with Real Estate agents to get the house cleaned up, when either of us tried to get updates, we were fobbed off or told it was already lodged; they lied. All attempts to follow up were ignored, its now in VCATs hands as a result. Quote was double what you'd expected, decietful tactics and Richard has the grace and personality of an STI. Defrauded me thousands of dollars. You might get lucky once with them, but don't risk it.

The service from the initial phone call to the pick up was amazing. Two very friendly and capable men came, polite,clean easy to comunicate with.

I made an enquiry on the website and got a call shortly afterwards in which everything was clearly explained. The two lovely blokes turned up on time the next day and cleared all the junk away! They were friendly and professional and the whole job was done in no time at all. Really great service.

The communication was excellent in terms of when the truck would arrive. The 2 employees were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The 2 employees did the work in no time at all & they didn’t rush they were just well organised. The dismantled a huge couch in a few minutes & all the junk was moved to their truck without any issues.

I was having trouble finding someone to do my job, which was a leftover that other providers left me with.
They were fantastic from start to finish. They came next day and did the job that other suppliers have not been able to. They guys were very helpful and friendly (nothing was too much trouble) and cleaned up after themselves. Would use them again. Highly recommended

Didn’t even make it passed the first phone call. Absolutely rude and arrogant phone operator. “Let’s be serious you’re not going to call back so why not be honest.” Even though I was planning to call back since they would’ve been the cheapest offer I received. I genuinely would’ve chosen them too if not for this comment.

Removed a (very heavy) double mattress. Responsive communication to book and on day of collection - plus reasonable cost - and they recycle what they can. Two people arrived on time and had a good sized truck. I live in the middle of the CBD so it’s always a bit awkward organising this kind of thing - but it was all smooth. Recommend.

We asked for a quote to pick up some hard rubbish from our property and agreed to a reasonable price over the phone. After collecting the items they then send us an invoice for 3 times the price, when we tried to call them to clarify we were screamed at and abused over the phone by the owner. We've been threatened that if we don't pay the full amount they'll take us to debt collectors and dump other items on our property.
