My previous deliveries have always been timely but my last one took 13 days even though it was dispatched the same day as the order. Being an internet based company delivery is a vital part of the business even if it is out-sourced so I have rated this experience as 4 stars. Hopefully my next review will be 5 stars.

Thanks for your prompt delivery of my product. I just have a comment that you may consider! I purchase 20kg bags of food and I am concerned that the bags of food may easily be punched during delivery, when they are only covered in another plastic bag.
