This firm was sent by my home emergency insurance to deal with a leaking toilet (poorly installed by a different firm). Calum, the guy who came, was super-efficient and put it all right in a matter of minutes. He was also very pleasant to have around, and he refrained from making rude remarks about the previous plumber (though he would have been well entitled to).

The guy who came was amazing he went over and above to fix my issue. He was friendly, chatty and respected my property. He kept me informed about the time he expected to arrive and updated me along the way. Would defo recommend this company.
The staff on the other end of the line when I called were friendly and very helpful too.

After a month of major problems with AXA Home Emergency, we were finally assigned JSK Construction – and the difference was night and day. Jack phoned me the same evening to take ownership of the issue and arranged for an engineer to visit first thing the next morning.

Kevin arrived and immediately took the time to understand the full history of the problem, which had been ongoing for weeks. His determination to get it resolved once and for all was clear from the start. Both Jack and Kevin kept me fully updated by text and phone throughout, which was hugely reassuring after such a long period of frustration.

The issue was fully resolved at the start of the following week, and the level of service from both of them was genuinely brilliant. Professional, proactive, and communicative — everything you’d hope for during a stressful home emergency.

Highly recommended.

Not often I recomend any body or company's mainly because I'm not of the computer generation so not. Really my thing but as I now about it I'm will in the future
Jsk construction are a company my landlord use and have done very successfully small project and large project on the house I rent
from gas safety checks to new doors and windows and I totally recomend them for any project you may have
their staff are some off the nicest people you could ever want to meet poth in the professionalism and trust worthines
Just had my gass safety yearly check done by callum totally great and down to earth bloke didn't give up when boiler developed a problem went away and though about it and came back and fixed the problem and he took ownership I would gladly recomed him to anybody

An emergency repair on a Sunday night. They came late to identify the leak but whilst they could have come back the next day, they stayed to finish the job.

Good attitude and service.

This company was allocated a job to fix an emergency leak in our home, got a message to say they would arrive between 09:30 and 15:30 on a Friday, had been reported to insurance prior to 08:00.

Had to call the insurance at 16:00 for an update then at 17:30 for an update and was advised they were not coming, no explanation.

Monday comes around at 10:25 they call to see if we still need our emergency leak fixed?? Enough said.

Excellent, hassle free, service from JSK. We had an emergency which resulted in no heating or hot water. JSK came within hours and sorted issue right away, engineer was super knowledgeable and friendly. Immediate temp fix then replacement part fitted within two days. Would highly recommend.

On Sunday 16th February, I reported leaking heating pipework to my home insurance emergency line, and I uploaded a photograph of the leaking part to the insurance company’s case tracking system.

On Monday 17th February, the emergency repair was assigned to JSK Construction Services Ltd, and an appointment was confirmed for Wednesday 19th February.

I waited in all day Wednesday 19th February however the JSK plumber did not show up. I later found out that the plumber had recorded that he could not access my home due to it being on a single-track road that was blocked. This is a lie, my home is in fact located on a two way city road, this can easily be confirmed using Google Street View. I guess the lazy plumber couldn’t be bothered with the job and just wanted to go home.

The insurance company arranged a new appointment for Monday 24th February. On this occasion the plumber did arrive but was only here for about 10 seconds. He said a replacement part was required. I’m not sure why the plumber did not look at the photograph I had uploaded and brought the required part with him. He left and said someone from JSK would be in touch with a follow-up appointment date.

I’d still not heard anything by Thursday 27th February and I was becoming increasingly concerned as my heating pipework had been leaking for 11 days and I was frequently having to top up the boiler pressure to keep the heating and hot water working. This was supposed to be an emergency repair. So, I rang JSK, the lady who answered said they had no record of any visit on Monday 24th February or details of any required parts. It seems the lazy plumber had not recorded the visit or the required part. She said she would investigate and ring me back. Instead of investigating and ringing me back, she told the the insurance company that I had cancelled the job!

I told the insurance company that the job was not complete, so they reopened the case with JSK and an appointment was arranged for Friday 28th February. I waited in all day and yet again the JSK plumber failed to turn up!

I rang my insurance company late on Friday 28th February. The insurance company contacted JSK directly. JSK said they could not attend until Monday 3rd March. The insurance company told JSK this was unacceptable, the pipework had now been leaking for 12 days.

On Friday 28th February, my insurance company reassigned the job to WM. Donnelly & Company. WM Donnelly were excellent, they contacted me early on Saturday 1st March, arranged a video call to confirm what part was required, arrived with the part and had the repair completed before 1 pm on Saturday. They kept the insurance company case tracking system updated throughout.

To summarise, JSK failed to turn up as arranged, lied about why they did not turn up, when they did arrive they did not have the required part, they failed to record their visit or the required part, lied about the job being cancelled and failed to turn up on a second occasion. They left my heating system leaking for 12 days. Lazy, incompetent, liars.

I’ll be writing to my insurance company, I hope they cancel their contract with JSK.

Took a week from start to finish to getting the quote then job done great company highly recommend

I would like to take a moment to give my sincere thanks and appreciation to the plumber from JSK Construction Ltd who attended my property today at 9 Shaw Drive in Hamilton. I believe his name was Mr Ryan Adams.

Ryan was highly professional, friendly and courteous and put my mind at ease as I have had poor experiences with tradesmen in the past. Ryan carried out the work to a high standard with zero disruption. My new shower looks fantastic and the area was left clean as found. Should any work be needed at my property I would be delighted to have Ryan carry out any work required.

Based on my experience today I would recommend JSK to anyone I know and if their other Plumbing and Heating experts are as efficient as Ryan then JSK have an amazing work force!
