A complete disaster
Do not buy from them, I purchased a server from them about a week ago, and It's still stuck in the "Pending" status, my support ticked has been completely ignored.
I requested a refund, but they also ignored that.

I tried to hire an ARK
I tried to hire an ARK: Survival Evolved server, but I couldn't use it, they don't respond to tickets or emails, the work is horrible, never hire this company. The worst company. I lost money and I know they will never get it back.

Still waiting for the service to change from "Pending" to "Active". Emailed Support on the 11th of October, still waiting for a reply.
Sometimes people say that patience is a virtue, but this waiting time is atrocious. Before I had no issues with them at all, but this time it's been quite difficult to get started.

Literally paid one month, couldn't log in, sent a ticket like a week ago (few days) didn't get any answer, I cannot join, manage or even get the IP of my own server. Nice service!

TERRIBLE SERVICE: DO NOT BUY
Terrible service, paid for a one month service.
It’s been a day now and service is still “Pending”, send a ticket and they still have not responded.
I’m 99% sure the “crew” behind JetStax are just a bunch of 19 year olds that jumped ship once profits went down.
DO NOT BUY THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I really wanted to enjoy this service…
I really wanted to enjoy this service and, to a certain extent, I could. The hosting worked for me after a bit of a setup but it's the email system that did not.
After signing for a single month (just to try), I logged back in to see I had late fees (2.50 €)! This because I did not renew the payment. But I never received an email asking me to renew in time in the first place.
I could tell a few other stories like this. All minor in perspective, but they did add up to me not being willing to use the system anymore.
