Fantastic service, Rebecca was very patient whilst I deliberated over several pairs, as they have a lovely selection to choose from.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Can’t recommend this shop highly enough. The lovely (non pushy) owner creates a relaxing environment; try on as many as you want from the stylish selection and pay one set price. This is a no brainer compared to other popular high street glasses retailers. I need my lenses slimming down and there was no extra charge for this, just £85 for a new pair of glasses. I’ll be back soon.

I recently purchased a new pair of prescription glasses. Great service, very friendly and helped me choose a suitable pair. They have a great choice of frames in lots of lovely colours. The following week they were ready to pick up. Overall a fantastic experience with Iolla and I will definitely be going back.

Staff were very friendly, helpful when needed. Allowed us to browse and try on in our own time. Made the whole experience welcoming, friendly and stress free. Glasses arrived within the time given.

Great product, great price and an excellent sales assistant.

Needing two new pairs of glasses, one single lens and one varifocal, I went to Iolla, Cambridge. The service was excellent - very friendly and knowledgable staff, great range of frames to choose from with a superb selection of colours. From selecting frames, to being measured from them, to the glasses being ready just over a week later, and finally having the fit slightly adjusted when I collected them in store, the whole experience was the best I've ever had in 30 years of wearing specs! I'd happily go back and highly recommend Iolla.

The glasses are first class, stylish and comfortable - a fraction of what I previously paid at our local independent optician.

I've had a very positive experience at Cambridge's IOLLA store. Excellent service with thoughtful advice, great choice of glasses that look more expensive than they are. Love the shades clip on option, this is such a great idea that saves one from buying separate prescription shades. The option to upload your prescription online was also very nice and the turn around to receive the glasses was around 5 working days - even quicker than promised. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the frames and my experience, and I'll recommend IOLLA to all my friends.
