Great clinic very professional customer service, friendly personal, comfortable transfer.

What made my experience special is that. The Service was great, transportation to and from the hotel and the clinic was always prompt, the doctors who performed my treatment in particular was absolutely on point, always checking on me to make sure I'm comfortable and in no pain. Great surroundings, very neat tidy and spacious, with highly sophisticated equipment. The Anesthetic also worked a trick so I could just just relax and let the doctors go ahead and carry out their duties. So overall a great experience. If i have one negative about international plus is that a few more English speaking staff would be greatly appreciated as it would make people from English speaking countries feel more welcome. Having said that I would still highly recommend it to anyone.

The medical care was prestigious and they approached me in a professional and pleasant manner. I’d like to thank the management of this company for the general organisation of the procedures and the accommodation. I highly recommend this company. 10/10

The entire experience was amazing from hotel pickup, entering the clinic to all consults and results of my new teeth. Can was awesome translating all my questions over to the dentist and relating all information in return for the dentist. My dentist Dr Izzet showed great professionalism throughout ensuring I was happy with the end result. The clinic is very clean and the girls at the front desk are welcoming every time I entered the clinic even when there was a language barrier someone always approached to welcome me. Thankyou to all the team at international plus for your great service and amazing work, I recommend to anyone who is looking at getting their teeth done! 🩷

It was a good experience with International Plus Clinic from the start with Ms Jihane as our advisor until the end with Dr Talha who made the implants . All went in smooth way, and our doubts were away since day 1. I would like to thank all staff who was helpful and professional : Dr Alper, Dr Talha, their kind assistants, the very gentle Ahmed, the translator, and finally Ms Jihane who still assures the follow up with us. This was the part for the dentist clinic.
As for our experience with eye clinic, it was just as good as the other. Jihane was with us on the phone. So I thank the nice Chérif who did a very good job with us, always there to help and has replies to all our questions. So thank you all!
Finally, our thanks go also to the logistic team for organising our journeys to and from the clinic.

Happy with the results - had no issues at all.

Making that first outreach to International plus was hard however my medical advisor really help set my mind at ease and answered all my millions of questions at seemingly anytime of the day. Once in Istanbul every detail was taken care of from transportation to and from the airport as well as all your appointments and there is a interpreter there with you for your appointments. There are very clear instructions for your after care. As well such wonderful place to help me get my confidence back. The hotel is nice as well.

Its always nice to go to this clinic.
The personal assistent Felix arange everything and give answer to most of my questions related to the clinic etc.

Your highly technical staff, clean environment, and progressive approach to dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and individual health needs is by far the best!

From the start I researched several countries for dental treatment. The one that captured me from the beginning was International Plus Turkey. Starting with the initial consultation with medical advisor Eric Daniels who consistantly reassured and finalised my decision he is dedicated, loyal and thoughful in his advise. Everything sorted from transfers from airport, accomodation and drivers. Also tried a hamman turkish bath experience I was told fast and furious is how it's done I certainly felt like every dead skin cell was scraped off me felt rejuvinated.
On arrival at the clinic I was greeted by reception and aestically the front area is decked out in christmas decorations looks warm and inviting.
I met the translator Tuana in te reo Māori Tu (stand) ana (is that right) was so patient with me and understanding. I felt rushed into making decisions but she reassured me ++ (ask my hubbie)
The dentist's Dr Melek Senturk is sedulous in her work and care. They clearly see many people from all over the world and have seen it and heard it all. Dr Alpers who looked so calm and put me at ease with his laid back attitude and approach (which is usually my Ngāti Porou side) who did the implants made it looks so easy.
The professionlism, technology , cost of treatment, accomodation and patient focus from the beginning has been outstanding not to mentioned my beautiful niho more (teeth and smile). I highly recommended this clinic and journey.
I am yet to discover the aftercare as my teeth go in tommorrow. I'm also looking forward to enjoying the tikanga of historical, spiritual, cultural sites of this ancient place.

Very unprofessional clinic. The staff were unfriendly, and the whole experience felt uncomfortable from the start. They kept trying to ask for more money at every step, and it was obvious patient care wasn’t a priority. I would not recommend this place at all.

Made the visit in October after sending them pics of my teeth an estimated price gave had to get a few extra teeth removed so the price was a bit higher ended up getting 6 implants in bottom an 1 in top an bone graft done an very happy with the work done have to go back in 6 months time for the fitting of new teeth an looking forward to it ,this place was recommended to me by a person that got work done their an it didn't disappoint

Oh my! This was the absolute Best decision I’ve made! I was apprehensive at first because it was my first time going out of the country and I was afraid of the unknown, BUT LILY😇🥰🥰 my medical advisor talked me off the ledge many many times and I am so glad I trusted her and took the chance and boy oh boy Imma bad hot mama now! I get compliments alll the time and I find myself smiling for no reason. Thank u to my DENTIST he was awesome as well!!. He was very patient and understanding and most of all GENTLE. Lastly, thank u to my drivers especially the driver who played my favorite hip hop artist 50 cent the day I got my new smile; we jammed out!!!🥰 That was the best car ride my whole trip!! My overall experience was top tier and I look forward to returning with friends and family. 10s across the board and God bless you all while I keep smiling!😇🥰
