I had 6 crowns installed a year ago. While having my annual check up with my US based dentist with X-rays he stated that the crowns were not seated correctly and have space at the base not covered by the crowns and must be taken off and completely replaced! Some of the other issues I had while in Turkey was 1. I wanted individual crowns but ended up with 3 sets of 2 ( since learning that is a common change they make here if you want them or not ) 2. Very rushed in office service and not gentle dentistry at all 3. Digital scanner was broken and had to use a mold - contributing to the ill fit?? 4- The dentist did not take into account the my mouth is small and forcibly opened my mouth so wide both sides split and was bleeding ( took 6 months to completely heal ) 5 - I have reached out to International plus through facebook messenger and emailing directly with the fit issue. No reply email and the Facebook messenger said they would call me - after that message they are ignoring all contact.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the unacceptable experience I endured during my recent trip to Turkey, which I had meticulously planned for over a year with the goal of receiving dental treatment through your services.
To begin with, I was charged £700 more than the agreed amount, without any prior explanation that a 5% service fee would be applied. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and misleading.
Worse still, upon arrival and after full payment had been taken, I was refused treatment. I had travelled all the way from London specifically for this purpose, and to be turned away after such a significant financial and emotional investment is completely inexcusable.
When I requested a refund, my request was initially ignored. Eventually, I was told the treatment would go ahead after all—only to discover that the dental plan involved removing two of my healthy teeth and building a bridge over them. At no point was I properly informed of the potential consequences, such as the risk of infection or gum disease, which is a clear breach of ethical and professional standards.
Since returning to the UK 10 days ago, I have still not received my refund. Your booking agent, Rick Newman, has repeatedly ignored my attempts to communicate, refused to escalate the matter, and claimed that this is not his issue. This is unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
It is now evident to me that International Plus is prioritising profit over patient care, with little regard for transparency, communication, or professional conduct. I am horrified by how I have been treated and demand an immediate full refund of all monies paid.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 days, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint through all available consumer protection channels, including legal advice, public reviews, and reporting to relevant health and travel authorities.

I’ve just had a fantastic experience with International Plus in Istanbul from start to finish! I was recommended this clinic by a friend who had also been treated here and was very happy — and now I can absolutely see why.
From the moment I arrived, everything was handled so professionally and with such care. I was greeted at the airport and transferred straight to my hotel. Communication was excellent throughout — they kept me informed of every step and made sure I knew when and where my appointments were. A taxi was sent for me for every appointment, and it was always on time.
My dentist, Dr. Zakaria, was incredible — very gentle and skilled. I’m over the moon with the results and the whole process was so smooth. I also had the support of my interpreter, Nidal, who stayed with me throughout and made sure everything I wanted was clearly communicated to the dentist. That made such a difference and helped me feel completely at ease.
The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, and spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive. I had x-rays and consultations where everything was clearly explained to me, and the whole process took just one week!
Special thanks to my coordinator, Cindy, who was my first point of contact and supported me every step of the way — she’s been amazing!
Istanbul is a stunning city, and having this kind of experience here has just made it even more special. I highly recommend International Plus to anyone considering treatment abroad. I couldn’t be happier!

From my pick up at the airport to be admitted to the hospital. Everyone was friendly and patient. My English translator Mohammed made e me feel comfortable and solve any issue I had. My surgeon Dr Murat (love that guy) patient and took his time to explain what he was going to do and acknowledged my request and did and fantastic job at it. To my medical advisor Austin who was with me virtually every step of the way. Thank you for getting things done and keeping me happy and calm. I had my lower teeth treated at International Plus last year and was initially very impressed. The communication from the medical advisors was excellent — they were reassuring, attentive, and made me feel well cared for throughout my stay. The clinic itself was welcoming, albeit extremely busy. The dental practitioners were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Although there were some discrepancies regarding the agreed price, these were eventually resolved, and I left feeling satisfied with the treatment. I was even considering returning to have my upper teeth done.
However, after returning to the UK, I began noticing issues. Small gaps started to appear between my teeth, and over time, these gaps noticeably widened. I contacted the aftercare team and was advised to give it a few months to allow the implants to settle — which I did. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, so I reached out again. The aftercare team were helpful and advised me to return to the clinic for an in-person review.
Determined to resolve the issue, I paid for my own flights and accommodation. I arrived on a Sunday and was taken to the clinic the following day. Sadly, the experience was far from what I had previously encountered. I waited for over two hours, and then an interpreter spent an additional 45 minutes trying to find an available dentist. While he was apologetic and explained that Mondays are particularly busy, the process felt disorganised and unprofessional.
When I was finally seen, the consultation lasted no more than five minutes. There was no thorough examination — just a quick look and a statement that nothing could be done. My concerns about food getting trapped in the widening gaps were dismissed, and I was told the spaces would likely continue to grow. The only advice given was to floss using a thread — something that, to me, seemed counterproductive and concerning.
I requested a second opinion from a more senior dentist through the aftercare team, but this was unfortunately denied. I was deeply disappointed — not only by the lack of clinical attention, but also by the complete disregard for the effort, cost, and time I had invested in returning. It felt like once the initial treatment was completed, my care was no longer a priority.
Considering the treatment came with a 20-year warranty, I expected much better support and commitment to patient satisfaction. Sadly, that was not my experience. For these reasons, I would not return to International Plus, nor can I confidently recommend them to others.

Dear All,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the dental treatment I received at your International Plus Clinic. My first treatment took place on 30th May 2023, with the costs as follows: Implants - 12 x 220 = 2,640 euros, Treatment - 1,300 euros, Prostheses - 500 euros, totalling 4,400 euros. Additionally, my flight ticket was 500 euros and the hotel 360 euros, bringing the total cost to 5,260 euros for my first visit.
My second treatment occurred on 11th December 2023, with the costs being: 28 teeth - 4,760 euros, Night protection strip - 150 euros (which is much cheaper in the UK), totalling 4,910 euros. The extra cost for the flight ticket was 450 euros and the hotel 500 euros, amounting to an additional 950 euros. The total cost for my second visit was 5,005 euros.
The purpose of these treatments was to achieve a beautiful smile and good-quality teeth for a long period, for which I paid a total of 10,265 euros. However, the teeth did not last even three months, as one of the teeth broke. I was advised to return to the clinic, incurring an additional cost of 910 euros for the hotel and flights. I found it very disappointing and bizarre that the teeth did not last a few months, resulting in further costs.
Upon my arrival, I hoped for a better quality replacement, but the doctor simply filled in the tooth with a different color filling, which is ridiculous considering the amount of money I paid. Had I known in advance, I could have opted for treatment in the UK at a much lower cost. Furthermore, there is a gap between the teeth on the right-hand side, causing food to get stuck and resulting in bad breath.
On 23rd September 2024 and 1st February 2025, the same tooth broke again, which is completely absurd. I have paid a total of 11,175 euros so far, and it seems the costs will continue to rise as the teeth do not last even six months.
A friend of mine received treatment at a clinic in Turkey, spending only £6,000 for the entire treatment, including a 5-star hotel, with the only extra cost being the flight. She did not receive any night protection strips and wore temporary teeth for two years without any extra costs. The quality of her teeth is far superior to yours. Another person who used that clinic had an issue with a tooth, and the extra cost was covered by the clinic, demonstrating their high standards and quality.
Finally, I am extremely dissatisfied with your super expensive services and the poor quality of the teeth. I am not willing to waste any more money and time on your subpar services. It is exorbitantly priced with no guarantee that the teeth will last. I cannot afford to keep returning to your clinic every six months. Therefore, I request a refund of at least half of the amount as compensation for the waste of my time and the discomfort caused by the poor-quality teeth.
If you charge such high prices, you should provide better quality products and services, as your quote is close to the European standard. My son was also treated at your clinic and experienced the same issues with the teeth. I believe I am not the only patient who has received very poor quality services at a high cost.

This is my personal experienced review.
The external system at International Plus is well-organised. When you first make contact, you’re connected with a medical advisor — in my case, Miss Rania, who was very helpful. She took note of what I wanted, provided clear pricing, followed up consistently, and ensured everything was in place before my arrival.
The aftercare department was also good, especially Mr. Marc, who was very supportive.
However, my experience with their internal system was disappointing. Once you arrive, pricing can change, and it feels more focused on taking your money rather than providing genuine patient care. They appear to be handling too many patients at once, covering multiple services like cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, hair transplants, and dentistry — and as a result, shows signs of long waits and the dental care feels rushed.
I also found the interpreters to be unhelpful and at times making decisions for you. They didn’t take the time to understand or communicate with my dental concerns properly to the surgeons. To be fair, the surgeons are good themselves and do simply the best to perform the procedures and are not to blame for the communication gaps.
After my first dental surgery at International Plus, but I chose to have my second procedure done elsewhere after careful thought and research which focused solely on dentistry. That decision proved to be the right one. The Clinic listened to my concerns, prioritised patient care, and delivered excellent results.
My advice to others is to do your own research, get informed by a dentist in your own home country, and know exactly what you need before committing. Don’t feel pressured into unnecessary extras, as the pricing structure seems to encourage upselling in my opinion.

Beware of Hidden Costs and Unprofessional Treatment – My Honest Experience
I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision before choosing this clinic. Unfortunately, my journey with them was filled with misleading pricing, last-minute changes, and unprofessional behavior.
Before traveling, I was quoted £5,000 for my treatment based on the x-rays and pictures I provided. Everything was clear and confirmed multiple times. I have got all the chats and pictures , treatments plan ,However, once I arrived at the clinic, the doctors suddenly changed my treatment plan from 7 implants to 12 implants as per Omer the translator which it never bothered to come up with any other options while I was there but leaving me with no choice but to accept a shocking new price of £13,000—something completely outside my budget.
£5000 to £13000 Unbelievable.
The most disappointing part was the lack of professionalism. Instead of being treated with care and understanding, I discovered that staff members were laughing at me behind my back for being afraid of the dentist, texting with my so called best friend. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable.
I invested time, money, and trust into this clinic, only to be put in a situation where I felt trapped with no options. My goal in sharing this is to warn others—be cautious, double-check everything, and don’t let yourself be pressured into expensive treatments you didn’t agree to. I have proof of everything!
I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration I went through. Transparency, honesty, and respect should be a priority in healthcare, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
