Good trainer and great customer service
I bought "Roclite GTX Wide" trainers almost 11 months ago. I used them as general footwear and they were still in good shape but the material behind the heel suddenly broke at the seam.
Claiming a warranty was surprisingly easy. I had to upload photos and wait less than 4 days for a decision. I got an email apologizing that this was not up to standard and they arranged new trainers straight away. I was very impressed.
I bought these trainers because they fitted my feet better than many other brands. I also liked the colors. They would be even better if they had even more space in the toe box area.
Delivery was quick an easy.

Last week when I was in the Peak…
Last week when I was in the Peak District I went into their store in Bakewell to try some small sizes on (3.5 wide) which were in stock. The lady helping us was fabulous! She was very knowledgable about shoes, and gave loads of great recommendations! I have very small and very wide feet, and she was very patient and gave great advice. She definetly sealed the deal on Inov8s, when I have been debating them for some time now. Then when the order was placed, there was very fast order fulfilment within a few days! A seamless process!

Unbelievably quick delivery! Ordered on Monday, received two days later! Good, clear website, though the filters aren’t very specific, and it was easy to see the differences between each model of shoe. I’ve been a fan of Inov8 for a very long time now and wasn’t disappointed this time either.
