Everyone was super kind with us, The first car we got had a mechanical issue and they changed it for another car for the same cost, they are always in communication and the rent prices are acceptable based on the quaility.

My experience was great
My experience was great! The lady at the airport, the young man that drove me from the airport to Infinity office near by and the lady at the counter were very nice to me and did their job real well. The car a rented was fine.

Good option
The car was quite dirty in the sense that it had been to the beach and there was sand in the interior; also somo of the engine warning lights were on all the time. The staff at the Mérida offcie were helpful and polite and I got a great del because of those details. The person that handed me the keys was really through with the explanation as to why the light were on. The car had no mechanical issues whatsoever and I do really appreciate the extra effort put into the deal.

I had a great experience with Infinity Car Rental in Mérida. Even without a reservation, the process was quick, smooth, and very efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly what I needed for my trip. I really appreciated how hassle-free everything was, especially after a long day of travel. Overall, I would definitely recommend Infinity Car Rental to anyone visiting Mérida. In my opinion, it’s one of the best options for renting a car in the city. I will gladly use their service again.

Let me start with how absolutely awesome the service from Eduardo Carro was. Eduardo was very thorough in making sure I had the best experience and also offered benefits I didn’t know of. And along with Eduardo is Rocio, which I believe is the supervisor. She made sure I was completely satisfied and happy with my rental. There’s a rep by the name of Camila who followed up to make sure I was treated right and to make sure my experience was a very good one. This team is amazing and I can’t speak highly enough of all of them! Thank you Infinity Car Rental for having chosen quality and very qualified staff, but also having a great selection of vehicles to choose from. We get what we need
The car we were given was functional and met what we requested; however, the car had several exterior cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, and paint damage) that are not noticeable if the photos are not taken properly. For this reason, I recommend taking your own photos with your cellphone, making sure the damage is clearly visible, to avoid discrepancies. I liked that they honored the price given in the quote, but what I didn’t like is that they tried to charge me an additional ‘insurance’ for windows and tires, when this should already be included in the insurance one is already purchasing.

They were there on time to pick me up…
They were there on time to pick me up and that was great.
But I booked my car 3 months in Advance and when I got to the desk the car was not ready and they were still washing it. I had to wait 40 min to get a car.
