Great shop full of items you may not find in other stores, very friendly staff without being pushy.
Not over priced.

Everything about our experience with Indigo has been first class, from our first visit to the showroom to the delivery guys leaving the house.
They have a great range of products at very reasonable prices and the service from the instore staff is excellent.
The new dining room furniture we bought arrived on the day expected and they have a tracking system to allow you to see exactly when they’re likely to arrive.
The two guys who delivered the furniture were great - sadly I didn’t get their names - but they were very careful bringing everything in and made sure everything was properly assembled.
We are delighted with our purchase and will definitely put Indigo at the top of our list for future purchases.

Fantastic service from beginning to end . Service in store right through to delivery. They delayed ordering of sofas to fit in around our timeline and then later delayed delivery a couple of weeks too as we weren’t quite ready. All staff were extremely helpful and polite . Exceptional service and products .

This shop is just amazing. A beautiful range of quality products at reasonable prices. Staff go out of their way to help and it's a pleasure to just browse with no hard sell at all. There is a delightful cafe within the shop which sells divine food in a gorgeous environment.

Have had furniture from Indigo before, and has lasted for over ten years.
So I decided to buy some new furniture, and the first shop I went to was Indigo it was very friendly service that gave me a good deal, and delivered and set up from friendly staff.
I would highly recommend.

A really good shopping experience, knowledgeable staff who don't fuss but are there when you need them.
Plenty of choice at a reasonable price. We ordered a few pieces of furniture and it was delivered in good time by the friendly and helpful delivery men.
We have been back since to buy some accessories and had a lunch in the lovely cafe inside.

From start to finish, our Indigo experience - purchasing a new 3 piece suite, could not have been bettered. Salesperson Alice was very pleasant. Well informed, helpful and patient, but not at all pushy. Our order was ready a week or two ahead of schedule and communications about the delivery were very professional. The delivery guys (Rob and Andy) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I've worked 40 years in retail and recongize good service when I see it. We are delighted with our purchase and based on this, our first purchase from Indigo, would not hesitate in recommending them.

I had my to sofas delivered this morning am over the moon ,even keeping me fully updated before indigo is in my opinion thee best in the country for quality ,the lads brought the in even though there heavy still were smiling and kind ,the delivery men are a credit to indigo cant thank them enough

Waited nearly 9 weeks for sofa so one star missing, but the sofa is stunning! Delivery guys where great. Paid premium money but beautiful sofa. Very happy!

My wife and I enjoy shopping in Indigo stop over the Christmas holiday 2025 we purchased a rug for the lounge unfortunately we gave in the wrong dimensions for the rug and came to see you to exchange for a bigger size. After the conversation with one of the sales representatives it turned out that the rug could not be exchanged because it was done through a sales representative who would not take the carpet back you offered to take the rug Park to try and sell on the shop floor for 50% less than we purchased it. This didn’t resolve the problem it just upset my wife and I as we still have a rug that doesn’t fit and no rug to go into our lounge very disappointed won’t shop there again and I’m still left with a rug that No user ornament stop

Just love the quality of goods that Indigo offer. Staff are always helpful and will go out of their way for you.

I like browsing in Indigo as they have a good selection of furniture etc. Helpful staff. Cannot really comment on any further as paid for furniture in full but have not yet received it and vague about when I will- maybe 1 or 2 weeks
