My experience was awful we had a trip…

My experience was awful we had a trip on the Pullman with food from a 2star Michelin chef. Train cancelled last minute, had to go to the restaurant. No atmosphere food was rubbish and we were in and out in one and a half hour.
We still have had no response from the email we have sent.

This company are a disaster

This company are a disaster. Dont ever give them your number, they will call you hundreds of times and always from different mobiles. They have been dont so many times to stop calling and they just pass it around to different colleagues. A nightmare.

Updated: there response to say that they take data processing seriously is just not true and I have asked for my details to be removed already.

Attended the Monza F1 race

Attended the Monza F1 race. Not as promised with little 'hospitality' and left to fend for yourself after being dropped off 45 minutes away from the track. The cost in no way was value add and could have been purchased through other agencies at a fraction of the cost. On my complaint the CEO said the trip provided value for money - having attended many F1 races there was no value added.

We were sorry to hear that the weekend did not meet your expectations. As mentioned in our detailed email reply to you, we have carefully examined each of the concerns you raised. We always welcome feedback, and I wanted to address the points you’ve mentioned.

Regarding access to the circuit, our hosts provided instructions both on the coach and via WhatsApp, including the pinned location for your return transfer. Our team was available throughout to support with any queries. All guests also received a Final Event Guide beforehand, which clearly stated that walking distances at Monza are significant, with 30–40 minutes from the coach park to the grandstands being typical at most F1 circuits.

Our team were present throughout the weekend, at the welcome drinks, the airport transfers, and at the help desk on Friday morning. Although hosts cannot remain with guests constantly during long race days, they were on hand for support whenever needed. No issues were reported to us during the weekend; otherwise, we would have been able to assist at the time.

Our packages cover travel, accommodation, hosting, and official circuit access, and we believe they offer strong value for a premium, fully managed Formula 1 experience.

While we regret that the weekend didn’t match your personal expectations, we are confident that everything provided was delivered.

Mediterranean Michelin experience that went down well.

Great trip to Barcelona with ICE to sample a couple of the Michelin restaurants on offer. The event co ordination was very well organised and managed, herding cats sprung to mind after the wine pairings. The room at the hotel W was a dream and the service matched. The beach was next door and a pleasure to stroll along, nice bars and healthy meal choices. Definitely worth a punt if you like your food and wine with a mediterranean atmosphere

A Great Experience with Imperial

I booked the premium hospitality experience with Imperial for the Lewis Capaldi concert at the O2 London. The whole evening was wonderful, from our pre-show dinner to the service in our private box viewing area. Daniella McBride at Imperial, who arranged everything for us, was excellent throughout. As a result, I've now booked another event with her!

To clarify, your booking was made directly with Imperial Corporate Events Ltd and is therefore subject to our Terms and Conditions. These include a Substitute Event Clause, which permits the transfer of bookings to an alternative date in the event of changes outside of our control. In line with this, a refund is not applicable.
While I understand this may not be the outcome you were seeking, our position remains consistent with the agreed contractual terms.

Hind’s Head and Royal Windsor Races

Had an amazing day at Royal Windsor races preceded by 5 course lunch at the iconic Michelin starred Hind’s Head in Bray. The event was well organised by Imperial who took care of all the details including transfer to the races by river with free flowing champagne! Thank you Chloe Manders for suggesting this great experience.

The Location of the Hotel was great…

The Location of the Hotel was great even if it lacked facilities. transfers worked well. I just feel the ‘ground staff’ lack a bit of presence or personality. Seem content with doing the bare minimum and lack any real depth of knowledge. They could have done a little more to make it feel like a special event as against just checking people onto the coach and reminding people of coach departure times etc.
