Quite simply the best shop I have ordered from.
I recently ordered the new Preston Absolute feeder chair and footplate. I also ordered some feeder bags as well. I had several queries about these products and the staff went out of their way to answer my queries.
They even opened boxes to check sizes and answer other questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if your after any type of fishing equipment. All items were sent out very quickly.

Ordered a n.o 3 section for my 10m Preston Edge Monster on Monday 5th of may which was a bank holiday and it arrived Wednesday 7th may. I really didn’t expect it to arrive so quickly being a bank holiday, so thank you for such a quick delivery.
The item was well packed with bubble wrap and in a solid cardboard tube.
Thanks again for sending it so quickly and I will be looking at using you again in the future.

Great service, I was looking for a specific landing net which was sold out in many places online. Iansfishingtackle had one in stock and on sale.

Courier delivery was free as the order was over a specified amount to qualify for free delivery.

Order was processed the same day, despatched the next day (Friday) and delivered by Fedex on Monday morning.

Very happy and very quick efficient service.

Great service ordered pole section spare on a Friday delivered on Monday would recommend Ians tackle shop for all your fishing tackle.

Had an issue today with my Korum deluxe chair which collapsed and broke the welds, called the shop and was asked to call in with it. Called in on the way home from fishing and within 10 minutes it had been photographed, sent to manufacture and a replacement issued. You could not get better service than that, very impressed. Will continue to use Ian’s Fishing Tackle for all my large purchases, great customer service

Superb company. Ordered Korum s23 chair accessories, the very same day Carl rang and explained one item was out of stock and offered a suitable alternative with a refund on the price difference to which I accepted. All arrived at my door before 11.00am the day after. Cant fault them 1st class service.

Brilliant service - cannot speak too highly of this company. Had a problem with a pole section that broke and wasn't really expecting anything. Spoke with Carl at Ians and problem solved within a matter of days after he contacted manufacturer. New section arrived this morning. I worked in the tackle trade for many years on the wholesale/manufacturing side so I guess I know a bit about customer service - the service from Ians went above and beyond. Brilliant.

1st I would like to start by saying a really big thank you to the staff at Ians tackle. After having a really bad experience with another tackle shop, messed about and no order till PayPal involved, I was, can we say, a little p***ed off. It involved telling me order will be here by later the following week ( that is acceptable because of the weather and corona virus), but actually not sending it after I phoned them again... Was then told would be def with me 2 days later, again no order. So phoned again and asked for tracking number which said would email me ... Ha ha, never received mail.... Finally got in touch with PayPal for a refund.
Now Ians tackle shop... What a really really brilliant online shopping experience... I made a call to them to ask if they had desired item in stock ( skee-tex boots) ... The lady had to scramble through some stuff to actually have a look to see if they had what I wanted. Yes was the reply so I said would go online and order them.... Such a lovely person to talk to also. ... I then rang back 5 mins later as I thought I had ordered them twice ( which I hadn't), and the person on the end of the phone again was so helpful. Received my item 2 to 3 days later as was told by lady on phone. Brilliant.
I can honestly say that I would definitely use Ians Tackle again and advise anybody who is going to shop online to give these guys a look... Cannot fault the service they gave me and nothing was too much trouble.... Thank you Ians Tackle ..... Richard
