I really like the new Starlink Wi-Fi…

I really like the new Starlink Wi-Fi service. It does exactly what my old Service did at exactly 1/2 the cost. Plus the bonus of 200 Freeze streaming Channels is a nice little addition as I watch them as much as I watch the other channels I receive. Sometimes you lose connection for a few moments, but hey, they’re free and they have some great channels to watch. Starlink is definitely worth considering when you’re making a Wi-Fi service decision.

I never experience such bad service…

I never experience such bad service when I called in for their support I received poor feedback. They would sell me service that did my home no justice. I up my service to a higher speed plus I had the mesh for dead zones. Nothing was working right. My daughter almost lost her job because the speed was so low but when I called in about it .They said the speed was 100 from the office but in my home it was 3 megs per minute. When I ask for a Tech to come out they wanted to charge me 150.00. I was so frustrated with this company. I was not even a customer 6 months yet. I know they said cancellation early is 400.00 but since I never even got to enjoy the service with it working right that is a rip off. They also troubleshoot it several times from my home still it was not working. I am happy for those who did get good service with them. As for me I had to cancel and I feel I should not have to pay 400.00 for a service I never received good on.

Great Internet Service Provider

I live in an area where internet is spotty at best. Chose them after reviewing other companies. Overall, a little pricey compared to fiber optic, but the service was excellent and we had absolutely no issues with outages. We just needed a plan that offered more streaming advantages than they could offer. Will definitely go through them again if I live in a rural area.

My internet was down and your tech…

My internet was down and your tech talked me through the fix.
But... it went down the next day. I had to go through the same fix as the day before.
There has been rain, but no storms.
If I have the option of connecting to optical fiber in the future, I will. Satellites are too susceptible to negative weather conditions.
