I grief and thankfulnesswould have given a lower grade when…

I would have given a lower grade when this service came around the person I was talking to about. It told me that it would cost me a certain amount of money. It would be set at a permanent prize till the day I die and that after I got the upgrade, he would give me a call back. He never give me a call back. I got the upgrades. The service person did great he gave me information. He explained things to me. he did a great job then I got a notice of how much I was gonna have to pay and about made me sick. I’m 68 years old. I am a veteran and I’m disabled. I have a set amount that I get each month and I had no idea how I was gonna be able to get through the month on what it was gonna cost me so I called up very nice young lady and then she got me to a gentleman that also helped me out. He got things straightened out. He got it to where I could afford it and I wish I could remember the two of their names cause they treated me so good. They got me calm down and they’re the reason why I gave it a four if I met them on the telephone instead of the other guy, I would be given a five I don’t know how to explain my experience any better. I do wish I had better words, but the guy that promoted this to me. I feel like he just lied to me he didn’t care about me cause I explained my whole situation to him and more and that that’s what he gave me. Y’all have a blessed day bye.
