Two day delivery takes more than two days

We needed a new modem to replace one that stopped working. We DID receive the new one and it works fine. Our only complaint is that the first customer service rep promised the modem would be delivered in two days. It took nearly a week. Since my husband works from home, this was a big inconvenience. We were given a credit on our bill for the down time. But it would have been much better for us to be told a true delivery timeline and prepare for a delay than to be misled.

The absolute worst service ever

The absolute worst service ever. Their "priority data" is a huge scam and a way to get more money out of you every month.
In spite of having their highest data plan, I was forced to purchase "tokens" every month as I would run out of priority data by the third week.
Their business practices are unethical at best and customer service is a joke. Nothing is done in writing, any time you want to do anything with your account they insist on calling you.
Avoid at all costs
