Bandits - took £400 from me to ensure completion of a house purchase before the stamp duty increase on 1st April, missed the deadline and still took the £400. Slagged off the seller's solicitor and blamed the seller for not submitting paperwork in time, however I know the seller personally and she confirmed this was not the case.
I have used HS twice recently, one for a property sale then a follow on purchase and I can honestly say the service from this company is absolutely top tier.
I had dealings with Amy, Joanne and Margaret - Nothing was a bother, they responded quickly to emails, were always a pleasure to speak to on the phone and quite simply made the process of buying and selling a property fluid and stress free, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend the team to anyone looking for a superb service from a conveyancing company, it's a shame they can only be awarded 5 stars as they were easily above that.
