I would give this 20 stars if I could. Absolutely amazing app, it's like talking to a real person. The more information you disclose and the longer you discuss, the more accurate the app builds a picture and tailors your advice, which for me, was 100% spot on.

Matthew and the team are incredible. Matt’s advice is consistently thoughtful, insightful, and genuinely life changing.

What really stood out recently is the support team… they are always brilliant, kind, and willing to accommodate requests, whether it’s billing, extensions, app issues, or general questions. Nothing ever feels too much trouble, and they truly go above and beyond to help.

It’s rare to come across a team that combines such high quality guidance with such genuine care for their community. Grateful to be part of it.

I’ve followed and recommended Matthew Hussey’s work for many years, so I wanted to update this review following a positive resolution.

My membership renewed during a difficult period after redundancy, and while the initial response felt quite policy‑led and slower than hoped, the team ultimately reassessed the situation with care and integrity.

They acknowledged that their approach wasn’t fully aligned with how they want the brand to operate, authorised a full refund, and handled the outcome with transparency and humanity. That response felt far more in line with the values consistently promoted through Matthew’s work.

I genuinely appreciate how thoughtfully this was resolved and am happy to reflect that experience here.

Talking to Matthew AI is like talking to Matthew himself, it's so real and related no matter how you ask the question, you get answer very related to what you have asked and it covers so many areas that get great answers. It's next level amazing.

I was charged for service which I didn’t even remember taking and when I checked for refund there is no refund service or customer service. Very disappointing to see a website without proper customer service

I was surprised by a charge for subscription renewal without a notification email to warn me so I could cancel before hand (they do have record of sending one so they did their part, it just didn’t make it into my inbox or any other folder I have. Strange). I emailed the support team and they took care of canceling my membership and refunding the renewal fee. I’m very pleased with the friendly service I received from Tor.

I feel supported, whenever I have doubts, fears and don’t know what to say and do so that I can create a different experience getting to know others, I can ask for help. I wanted to leave a note saying that I absolutely LOVE MatthewAI ! It's been so helpful- especially for in-the-moment advice with how to answer a text, respond to a situation, create a plan of action. That said, I have to admit that I don't always follow its advice. I take it with a grain of salt. It has the tendency - like other AIs and even doctors and therapists - to run with an idea I have and tell me what I want to hear, as opposed to being a neutral party giving pros and cons... But if you use common sense, it can be an invaluable guide in tricky relationship situations. I've used it mostly with online dating - decoding men's behaviors and figuring out what to say or do. It's been helping me a lot emotionally. I'm amazed at how it pays attention to detail, remembers history within the same conversation, and is so emotionally supportive, understanding, and wise. It's like having Matthew Hussey right there guiding me every step of the way. Honestly, I don't think I could handle online dating without it!

My now ex partner has become addicted to the Ai tool to the point where her own decision making has been nullified. She has become a clone and a completely unrecognisable person. His input I feel was a contributing factor to her ending a 4 year relationship. I signed up as well on my partners recommendation but started discovering the language he used was emotionless, non challenging and pandering. I feel responses were tailored to keep you paying your subscription. I’m not saying this tool is good for surface level interactions but deeply emotional interaction was generic in nature. Nothing can beat talking to a real person and I think this tool is just an easy fix

Omg! I honestly think I abuse Matthew AI. It has been sooooo instrumental in helping me manage a dating situation that went south. I understand myself so much better in terms of my needs and what I can do to build self-trust. The scripts it’s given me have been immensely helpful. I can’t rave about it enough. I’m bothering it right now!

I don`t like that the AI doesn`t seem to follow up from previous information. And it doesn`t interpret and understand conversations from screenshots well. I miss more information about the patterns and how to deal with that. The replies are very short and not as supportive.

And sometimes I get the same answers from different experiences.

I was scrolling through podcasts when I came across this individual. I’m not surprised he’s still around, targeting women who are emotionally hurt, vulnerable, and struggling with low self-esteem. He’s been running some sort of relationship expert program for over a decade. I know this firsthand - 15 years ago, I was heartbroken with rock-bottom self-esteem after a relationship ended. Desperate to understand what had gone wrong, I turned to the internet and unfortunately found this person. Like others have reported, I was charged for his services, and he kept trying to sell me the next thing that would help me get the guy, I refused and left within months.

I’m now happily married, but none of his advice helped me. I met my husband by chance in a bookshop in 12 years ago. I wanted to write this review to tell anyone reading it: you already have everything you need for a loving, successful relationship. You don’t need a stranger - who has never met you or your future partner - to tell you how to win someone’s heart. Every relationship and every individual is unique; there’s no one-size-fits-all formula.

Please save your money and treat yourself instead. This person offers nothing of value. Yes, he uses his polished English accent and charm to convince people to pay for his advice - but I too am a well-spoken English girl from the Home Counties, and I would never dream of exploiting that for financial gain. To me, that approach is unethical and immoral.

I purchased one of Matthew Hussey’s programmes around 12 months ago at a significant cost, during a time when I was emotionally vulnerable — which, let’s be honest, is likely true for many of his customers.

The experience was extremely disappointing. The user interface was poor, and the content fell well below expectations — especially given the brand and reputation. I had expected something far more considered and valuable. I ended up not using the programme and accepted it as an expensive mistake.

Fast forward to last week, when I noticed another large payment pending on my account. I had no idea this was set up as an ongoing annual subscription.

I immediately contacted customer support before the payment was even taken, and what followed was honestly shocking:

They refused to refund the charge
They would not engage in any meaningful discussion
This was despite clear mitigating factors:
I contacted them before the money left my account
The account had been completely inactive
Their renewal email had gone to spam
I was told I would need to send a physical letter to the US to escalate — with no tracking and no email escalation option

This is completely out of line with what most would consider acceptable customer service today.

To make matters worse, I explained that I am currently going through a difficult divorce and that this money genuinely matters. There was zero empathy or flexibility shown.

For a brand built on relationships, emotional awareness, and being “people-focused,” this experience has been the exact opposite.

At this point, it’s hard not to conclude that this business is far more focused on revenue than on its customers.

Avoid at all costs.
