I bought a £100 gift card for my brothers birthday only to find out the place shut down a few weeks later. I tried multiple times and multiple ways to contact them about a refund but no reply. I feel robbed. Dire customer service. The silence and lack of accountability is cowardly.

I ordered stock plant mostera variegated albo . Do not survive two weeks ordered on October .th11 I left a review because I thought it was a good plant on sale closing down. 50 L pot. This plant Died Complete waste of money Overwatered in a complete Bad state by this Garden centre. £220.00

I have just received my order of a Christmas cactus. Looking at it in its pot I cannot believe it has come through the post. It is absolutely beautiful. I could not be more pleased.

Delighted to have found House of Plants an excellent organisation, fantastic services, invaluable help on the telephone, delivery arrived on day advised and the Kentia Palm arrived in perfect condition, I have never seen a plant in such good condition it is fabulous thank you all, I will certainly purchase all my plants from you in the future.

Exemplary nusery and plant shop in terms off their standard of plants, advice and customer service. Like my favourite plant, the Croton, i am quite particular and not easily pleased.

Great plant, looks really healthy & carefully packaged

Although the plants I ordered ended up being out of stock; I was informed immediately and given the option to wait or to cancel.

And when the plants were back in stock I was contacted promptly to arrange delivery; all of which was hassle free. Wonderful plants and I'd highly recommend.

I made an appointment & collected my plants not sure what to expect. The plants are very high quality & very well priced. I was blown away by the fantastic range & quality of plants at the nursery, the premises are basic & functional, the vast range of unusual & beautiful plants is exceptional & something I've never seen & I know most of the local nurseries! There is nothing like this in the South East. If you want an indoor plant including something a bit unusual then this is the place to go. The passion, knowledge & support is unrivalled. This place shades all the others web based sites & blows the garden centres away. Call them & visit!

Customer service is excellent. I unfortunately had a cracked self-watering container and only found out after 2 months. I phoned and they were more than helpful and sent me a new container.

Excellent service. I needed help choosing a big indoor plant for my open plan living space. Paul was so helpful as I know nothing about plants. I’m delighted with the advice and the plant has transformed my place for the better. Highly recommended!

The plants were beautiful.

One of the plants was stolen by the courier service, for which I was refunded.

Customer service was not great. The instructions for plant care were misleading and the plants have fared badly as a result. I twice asked for guidance on how to take better care of the plants but they failed to get back to me.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending House of Plants. I received a brilliant service from Paul, he was super knowledgeable and helpful about advising about what plants to buy and how to care for them. The plants that i bought are growing and thriving and I'm really happy with them. They were delivered promptly and we arranged a time that I was at home. I've now bought more plants from House of Plants for presents for friends and everyone has been really impressed

Buy plants for yourself if you want but not for your friends. Delivery company chosen means that you have to wait in all day. House of Plants can take many weeks to despatch if there is more than one plant in the order. When there is a problem House of Plants seem nice but do nothing. They think that their delivery choice is not their responsibility. And we are too polite to tell our nice friends who went to all this trouble.

Three great plants and "self-watering container". Delivered quickly, well packaged and in good condition. Provided clear care instructions. Communicated well via email. Will be happy to use again and again.

Very impressed. Had to wait as first shipment was below standard. I was informed by the company. So glad they care about the quality. A week later plants arrived. Really good condition. They look fantastic.
