Respectful customer service. Though I had cancelled a subscription two months ago or so now and I kept getting charged for it. I ended up deleting my account and I have yet to receive a refund! Do not use this company to look up your phone numbers.

It’s the worse scam ever and someone needs to go to jail for stealing

100% scam... Cant get any results without payment, and then you are stuck in a subscription 🤮🤥 and there is still no result

Don't pay. They're doing an auto renewal scam. Payment will be deducted from account after some time and then they refused to refund.

Data stealing scam.
Searched for a number, which had sent me a strange SMS.
It then asked me to pay £1 to receive the report, which I did.
Then when I had completed that, not only did it say I couldn’t access the report I paid for, but my data was showing up for the number I searched for!
So they stole my data, applied it to someone else’s number and charged me for the privilege.
AVOID!

AVOID!!!
it makes it out like you only pay £1 for a single time use when it sets up a monthly subscription of £29.99 without even telling you!
Absolute scam of a company

I was deceptively charged $29.99 for a monthly subscription after paying for a one-time PDF download. I want a full refund immediately.

Yes honestly and doing well

I was charged multiple times on the same day and contacted support immediately.
The subscription was cancelled, but a refund was refused despite the unusual billing activity.
I requested information about the account activity and the charges, but received mostly template responses.
I am now disputing the transactions through my bank.
