Respectful customer service but with a problem..
Respectful customer service. Though I had cancelled a subscription two months ago or so now and I kept getting charged for it. I ended up deleting my account and I have yet to receive a refund! Do not use this company to look up your phone numbers.

Data stealing scam
Data stealing scam.
Searched for a number, which had sent me a strange SMS.
It then asked me to pay £1 to receive the report, which I did.
Then when I had completed that, not only did it say I couldn’t access the report I paid for, but my data was showing up for the number I searched for!
So they stole my data, applied it to someone else’s number and charged me for the privilege.

I was charged four times on the same day, like many others
I was charged multiple times on the same day and contacted support immediately.
The subscription was cancelled, but a refund was refused despite the unusual billing activity.
I requested information about the account activity and the charges, but received mostly template responses.
I am now disputing the transactions through my bank.
