Very tasty meals. Price is high and shipping elevates the price too much.

I like the quality of the food and the easy to follow recipes. My issue is that when I signed up, I was supposed to get free breakfast for life as long as I did not cancel. After only 3 boxes, I am no longer offered the free breakfast.

It seems as if the quality is dropping the longer I am with the service. Missing ingredients dried herbs instead of fresh, veggies being close to expired.

Delivery is inconsistent. Sometimes meals came after my scheduled dinner time.

Twice in the last couple years you have failed to deliver my box. Other times it has been poorly packaged. The quality of your service seems to have diminished. I have been a customer for over five years. You recent performance has me looking elsewhere.

Most of the food is great. Sometimes the instructions are difficult to follow especially if we change the protein or vegetables. The veggies that are sent do go bad fast and that is hard if we don’t have time to make it right away. Also, one of our meals needed a grill and we weren’t aware of that and had to figure something else out and wish we knew before ordering. We are still trying it out and see how it goes a few times more.

The majority of the recipes are easy to prepare and very tasty. They help me stick to a healthy diet.
My only complaint would be that items such as lettuce and some vegetables are wilted or not fresh even when prepared within a couple of days of receiving my order.

Flawless until our last order and half the ingredients were spoiled, contacted customer service and it tool a long time to resolve

You guys have made my life easier with licking out food and with working so much. I would love more choices! I get to pick and choose what I want everyday after I get off of work. The best part is you guys made it easy when stuff is missing5

Food is ok, if not a bit repetitive. Delivery is horrible. Super inconsistent. Customer service is also poor.

I wish it was a little cheaper. I have a free item, and 15% off each week, but I feel like if I was able to pay $60 total for the week, then it would be perfect. I think the fact the delivery fee is $10 or more is what sucks, because if the delivery fee was waved I would be right around that $60-$65 a month price.

Easy to Oder. Food is fresh and tasty. Delivery is good.

Hello Fresh has been a great experience. I am amazed at the freshness of the food items and there is always enough of everything provided. I am looking forward to next week's arrival. I have to say that my husband has also enjoyed the Hello Fresh meals. He is getting more variety now. I've gotten in a rut for cooking meals and so I am happy to try so.e new things. So far, I have to say the meals have been delicious.

I love it! The food is great, and easy to make. My kids are home from school, so it's so nice to have things at the ready to make!

So far, I've had 4 meals and all of them have been wonderful. The proteins are so good, much better than what I buy at the grocery store. The vegetables are fresh and tender. My only con is that it usually takes longer for my prep than the card says, but It's probably me thats the problem. I'm very happy with the choices and I feel like I get restaurant quality meals at home now. Really tasty!!

So far the food has been delicious! Easy to make with straightforward instructions. Looking forward to future orders.
Although slightly confused as to why my free item every week is only steak.

Delivery, packaging, freshness and instructions/recipes all get excellent and high five. My husband and I enjoyed every bite. Yes, prep time is needed; but well worth the effort.
