Amazing customer service and gaurantee
had a fault with my Binoculars which I bought 4/5 years ago , cotacted Hawke optics and they asked me to send them back with original purchase info. Which I did and within 6 days they sent me a new pair of the same Binoculars as mine were beyond repair !!! First ever lifetime gaurantee I have ever had that actually did exactly what it said it would!! Well done Hawke Optics and by the way , they are also so outstanding Binoculars , great value .

Great products and really impressed with service. My binoculars had a minor fault with the eye cups, HAWKE team were really quick to reply to my query, invited me to send them back - they promptly fixed and returned them (better than new) all in under a week - really good service, very happy to recommend - and loving their product too.

Quality product, quality service
I was extremely pleased with my Hawke binoculars; sturdy construction, bright image. But a minor problem with the eyepiece thread developed after a couple of years. They were repaired free of charge, but came back completely out of collination due to a knock in transit. They were returned again and simply replaced for a new pair.
The response time to customer service emails was hours, rather than days. Service throughout was exemplary and, unfortunately, very rare, hence the review.
Excellent Products, Excellent Customer Service
We have the Endurance ED Binoculars and Endurance ED ‘Scope and both are lovely quality, great optics and a joy to use. I recently contacted Hawke customer service via email with a minor issue fitting the phone adaptor and they replied instantly and were kind enough to provide a replacement eyecup foc. With this level of service, high quality products and the lifetime no fault warranty, Hawke is our go to brand.
Good quality product fantastic performance
I gave away my small good quality telescope to my grandson as he has moved into tower block with fantastic sea views.
I replaced it with a Hawke Endurance ED 10x42 monocular, the quality of the image is remarkable, even looking through window glass in less than perfect light, images of a bird in the garden to the moon and stars are clear. Good solid quality build and it comes with a lifetime guarantee, easy registration.
This will be my first stop for optics in the future.

I had a fault on a Hawke nature-trek 12x50 binoculars.
Emailed them on Wednesday afternoon 2/8 ....had a reply on the same day 2hrs later advising me how to return the binoculars. Posted binoculars on Friday 4/8 .They received them around 10.30 on Monday 7/8.... had a email a few hrs later telling me they are sending me a replacement....then had a DPD delivery email confirming delivery a little later.....received the replacement binoculars at around 1.30pm Tuesday 8/8.
That what I call excellent customer service!!

Astounding Customer Service. Every company should be like this. Had a problem with a telescopic sight. Dealt with Customer Service reps who quickly sent return information. When they received it they emailed to confirm receipt and quickly arranged a replacement to be despatched.
What a pleasant and refreshing surprise to find a company that lives up to its warranty promises.
Dropped scope
Dropped my scope and damaged it, it was a few years old so I was about to bin it until a chance conversation about Hawke’s excellent customer service. I returned the scope which was beyond repair but they offered me 50% off any scope as a replacement. Ordered and delivered within 48hrs. Such a refreshing change to deal with a quality company who obviously values its customers.
Absolutely phenomenal company
Absolutely phenomenal company. I was competing at an important archery event and my scope mount sheered off! I emailed Hawke on the Sunday who responded Monday and I explained the issue and that k needed the scope for another competition the next weekend. They told me to courier to scope to them and they’d fix it for me and gave it back to me by Thursday, which is today and it’s just arrived, all fixed. They also offered me a 50% discount on a new scope if they could not fix it. The service is absolutely outstanding and this company deserves every bit if credit it receives. I shall be singing their praises to the archery community which has over 15k members on FB and an incredibly active group. Thank you so much, Hawke, especially to the staff members I dealt with, Kate Cranmer and Shaun Hindle.
Hawke customer service EXCELLENT.
It took me one email and Hawke customer service was on the case immediately. I had a problem with my rifle scope that I bought in September 2021, for them this was no problem and they replaced the scope free of charge within less than a week. Excellent. The only drawback was they used DPD couriers. Worst couriers in the country.

I had a minor issue with a Hawke airrifle scope. Despite only noticing the issue after 18 months, Hawke repaired the scope under their lifetime warrantly, and gave extremely friendly, prompt and efficient serivce/communications.

Absolutely awesome customer service
I had a problem with my Hawke Frontier FFP scope holding zero. After testing different bullet weights and velocities I tried a different scope. This confirmed that the zeroing problem was the scope and not the rifle or ammunition.
I contacted Hawke by email and got a very helpful and friendly reply within one hour. I sent Hawke my proof of purchase as they requested and they sent me a returns number by return. I returned the scope to Hawke UK and it was tested and replaced on the same day of arrival with them. I received my new replacement scope within two days. Awesome customer service and support. Hawke warranty is second to none and backed up by excellence at every step of the way.

A truly excellent company. We love our binoculars and when we have been remiss and lost a strap or even an eyepiece, a quick email or call and they send it out next day. Amazing. If only all companies were as committed to customer service as Hawke.
Binocular repair
Some years ago I bought a pair of Hawke Nature-Trek binoculars. Recently they were damaged and returned to Hawke for repair. I am aware that if my purchase was more recent they would have been covered by their lifetime support. However despite this they repaired and returned them to me at no charge. Thank you Hawke great customer service.
New Hawke binoculars faulty
I bought a pair of Hawke binoculars which carry a lifetime warranty.
Unfortunately they were not perfect and needed returning for repairs.
Despite the fact that Hawke agree they were faulty they refuse to refund my expense in returning them
