Excellent service some how I manage to order for collection in london as I am located birmgham . Gentle men kindly said they will help us post not gonna charge for postage. I am not happy bcoz I save money but how efficiently problem was solved.

Fantastic customer service! I’ve made a mistake ordering and was refunded swiftly. Speedy delivery as well! Placed an order on Friday and got them on Tuesday. Great quality of products as well at great prices! Ordered about 60 solid blocks and about 50 hollow blocks.

The replacement motor for the valve was not a genuine Honeywell motor as shown on the website. It arrived promptly but time will tell whether it lasts.

Phoned regarding possible refund due, they didn’t brother returning my calls, a manager emailed me, I asked him to check it out two days ago he hasn’t replied, do not use this company as they really don’t care about their customers.

I bought a Roman bath screen and received exceptional service. I initially received quotes for 3 different screens as I hadn’t made up my mind. The quotes were much cheaper than other retailers. When the bath screen was installed I found a missing screw cap and this was quickly resolved. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

Purchase was an Armitage Shanks toilet (to replace My cracked one), I found exact replacement plus seal. Found I had job in Dulwich so ordered on web site to collect at Croydon Branch, which I did 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs later.
Product was as expected great condition and service I received on arrival was excellent. Product Now fitted working fine, so in my view all great and would recommend Harris & Bailey when in need.

Extremely good when phoned for information providing help as required including measuring a pipe bending radius fo some clay drainage. Unfortunately the pipe delivered was damaged, but phoned them and it was replaced without a problem next day. Fantastic company would recommend to anybody.
