Harold Benjamin provided a personal and knowledgeable service as they managed our late mothers estate. In particular, Nikita Mayani communicated every step with sensitivity and prompt attention. Harold Benjamin were totally focussed on billing time and expenses and had no eye on an outcome or getting value for their client. Over £40k later, my issue was not resolved and I had to move to a proper firm to progress matters. They manufacture opportunities to bill their time, create needless and inappropriate documentation, all which comes at huge cost. They also pass you round lawyers when they are in holiday season with very little handover or continuity. Avoid!

Nikita was amazing helping myself and son sorting out my late mother’s estate. She was professional caring and supportive throughout the process. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had a complicated sale where deadlines were of upmost importance and had to have the sale completed within one month.

Rick, who was dealing with our case delivered this with a precise, efficient and exceptional service.
