Bought the unboxed/opened HandiHoldAll…
Bought the unboxed/opened HandiHoldAll 400L bag. About half the price. Thought at at first it might perhaps looked used, but when it arrived it was in brand new condition. It seems to be a well designed bag and strong enough.
Looking forward to trying it out in a month's time.

Don't give refunds.
I returned a £200 roof rack and they have not given me a refund but also will not respond to any emails. They have completely ghosted me. I am about to contact citizens advice.

Handiworld provided excellent service
Handiworld provided excellent service - when the roof bag I ordered was left in an unsafe place by the courier, handiworld were very quick to help providing a rapid replacement so I could get my son to university on time. I'm really impressed with their customer service as well as the quality of the product.
