Gravity Performance Reviews 

I bought an exhaust system for a Porsche Boxster S. The rear silencers had been manufactured incorrectly and prevented the bumper going back on the car because they were so far out of specification. The system was not 2" pipe as described, but 49mm, for which the wrong sized clamps were supplied, leading to leaks.
Customer service via email was unhelpful.

Ordered a part from there and they used Evri to deliver it ….. enough said. Evri left the part in a ridiculous place and as a result I never got the item. Nearly 2 weeks later and I’m still out of pocket for the item and no replacement has been sent and no refund given !

I placed an order on an upgraded intercooler and the metal things were bent in multiple places fora. Brand new expensive intercooler I was not shoot with that or how it was resolved i also only got £30 refund which eventually came after being ignored on email to start with then eventually got through to them and I got told it won’t effect the performance complete lack of care customer service I don’t recommend at all

Very disappointed with Gravity Performance. I bought an exhaust from them, and after only around 3,000 km, parts of the exhaust started splitting and failing.

The car was only driven at weekends and the exhaust had very little mileage on it. For an exhaust to fail after such a short distance, I expected the company to stand behind the quality of their product.

Unfortunately, I was told they would not cover it because the 12-month warranty had expired, regardless of the extremely low mileage and how the product had failed.

In my opinion, this is poor-quality workmanship/material and poor customer service. I would not expect an exhaust to start splitting after only 3,000 km. Very disappointed and would think twice before buying from Gravity Performance again.

Late postage. Package was damaged item returned still fighting for my refund.

I fitted their drilled and grooved discs to my 2012 VW Golf Mk6 R. After around 8 months of use, the discs developed severe juddering under braking, making the car feel unsafe to drive. I was even asked to take a video while driving to prove the juddering, which I wasn’t comfortable doing for safety reasons.

I replaced them with a different brand of discs and pads, and the problem completely disappeared.

Since then, it’s been constant back and forth with the company asking for more and more evidence. I’ve provided videos, removed the discs from the car and even showed how the disc rotates differently in certain sections. I was then asked for a run-out test, despite not having the equipment to carry one out. Every time I provide what they ask for, they want further evidence before considering a refund. I’ve already had to spend more money replacing the discs and pads because the car was unsafe to drive, yet I’m still getting nowhere with the warranty claim. Very disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn’t recommend these discs.

I thought they were a decent company as i had heard of Japspeed/Gravity Performance, unfortunately i was wrong!!
Haven't received a refund, they sent the wrong strut bars out, I took photos and showed them!
Struts didnt fit, contacted them, they said they got back to me, didnt for weeks!!
Finally got them to email me back, sent the items back, I was very fair with them, I said I can either have the correct ones sent out or a refund, I dont mind. Heard nothing back, then got told on phone it would be a refund. Still nothing, opened a PayPal refund case, still nothing, company wont reply!!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company I thought was well known and reputable, their phoneline costs a lot of money on a premium line too!!
They have been in contact but have let come up with any solution, id I could give it 0 i would!!
PLEASE AVOID, save yourself trouble!!

BMW z4 e85 cat back exhaust system.
Great looking exhaust , no hassle fit went straight on as replacement for standard exhaust, increase in volume over standard system but no drone at motorway cruising speed . Good price and fast delivery would definitely recommend 😺

Bought some brake discs for a 986 Boxster, arrived within 18hrs of ordering, fitted today perfectly, improved the braking performance no end. Great price and great service. Thanks Gravity

Purchased some intercooler pipes for my car andt hese arrived quite quickly and well packaged. The quality of the pipes is excellent and at such a good price compared to some others on the market from other suppliers. The difference with having these installed instead of the OE plastic pancake style is like night and day, and you really notice it with the way it feels when your getting the car under load and changing through the gears. Well worth getting for anyone who’s wanting a quick and very easy to install modification.
Was very easy to purchase and was kept informed via emails as to how my order was progressing. Keep up the great work

If i could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a GPF pipe online had order confirmed. No communication since chased up 8 days later to be told item out of stock. Do not purchase from these. Should not be selling out of stock products. Bought elsewhere from RPM performance received within 2 days or ordering!

I've got the full Gravity performance exhaust on my Focus ST250 & I'm super impressed with the build quality & amazing value for money it's much better than some of the exhaust's I deal with on a daily basis on ST's & RS's that cost two to three times as much, The only issue I had was I was using PayPal pay in three whilst they had a sale on & PayPal wasn't working correctly, but when I contacted Gravity I was amazed how helpful they where & told me not to worry if my order didn't go though in time as they would honor the sale price.
AMAZING COMPANY I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Bought a Toyota celica air filter and it’s great! Sounds really good, perfect fitment & quality is way better than expected all in all 5* and delivery was super quick and convenient too! Already got the full exhaust system, just the suspension coils next 🤘. Just wish you had a shop, I’d be in there every weekend 😂
