I cleaned windows for a living ran a TDS meter on my water after I installed there filter I get a better reading from my tap water I'm getting between 260 to 289 reading.

My water filter shipment was seized by the US Postal Service for fraudulent postage. Would you trust this company (Glacial Pure) to provide your filtered drinking water?

When I received my filters, I ordered the wrong by mistake. Notified them and correct filters sent out at no cost. Awesome customer service.

I tried 4 times to order refrigerator filters only to be denied with multiple cards, tried to call several times with no one to answer, left messages with no return call. I'm guessing they are going out of business, or trying to. If not maybe GP needs to update their ordering system!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with an order where the wrong filters were delivered and within 2 days of emailing their support the new ones were in the way. No need to ship back the incorrect filters. I prefer their filters to the name brand Whirlpool that are more than 3x the price.

I've had this refrigerator for 7 years and never had a problem replacing the water filter. I ordered a 3 pack from this company through Amazon. After 30 days, the first filter would randomly jump out of the refrigerator and spew water all over the floor. The next one wouldn't even insert completely and again, water all over the floor. The third one is currently in and I expect that I will be mopping up the floor until I can get a better quality replacement. The company is unresponsive.

These water filters are great!! I’ve never had an issue with them. I buy 5 at a time to get the best discounts. So much cheaper than spending $50 for just one filter at Lowe’s. I love getting an email after delivery to make sure that I received the package is top notch!!

Received my filters within 7 days. Received the filters I ordered and they fit correctly in my Frigidaire refrigerator. Great deal for 5 filters and they work as well as the original filters providing clean water and ice and a good water pressure. I will purchase again in the future!
