Great customer service!

Great customer service!! I accidentally provided my old address for my order. When I reached out (figuring I may or may not hear back) they responded quickly and fixed the address. Done! I appreciate when things run smoothly and wanted to brag on them.

Great place to do business!

Early on there was a small delivery error, but this company has the absolute best attitude,customer service and communication. They stuck with me, made suggestions for solutions and were NEVER rude. This is a great place to do business. I will definitely be back and tell my friends about this place!!

DECEPTIVE

DECEPTIVE! Wanted to buy official Freshwater Salt Cartridge replacements. They sent me their no name brand instead. The title of the product was for real product. They showed pictures of the official real product including the packaging. However, if you read the deep into the description, you will see they are selling their no name replacement. Can't comment how they compare to real thing, but this is REALLY DECEPTIVE. Sure they were cheaper than official/real one, but only by a bit.

Charged my Visa out of stock filter…

Charged my Visa on a filter that was not in stock, and backorder is a month away... Take the product off the website if its not available... Don't charge people and then notify them at a later time, that the filter is not in stock.. Common Sense people.. Use your Brains.. Also the Tracking is in Chinese. I can't read or speak that language.. Part of the tracking number is Chinese..
自定义UUS63W1260442504452.. Glacial Pure substituded the product for Glacial Fresh filters which are cheaper than the out of Stock Glacial Pure, but charged me for Glacial Pure.. Glacial Fresh is sold through Amazon for much less money... Thats what I should have done.. I could have gotten 3 filters instead of 2 for less money... They offered 20% off my next order, but it will be 2 years until i need more filters.. Worthless to me

Incompatible Hot tub cartridges, very reluctant to refund

Fraudulent company. Do not risk it. I ordered a 4-pack of cartridges based on website assurances of compatibility with my HotSprings Spa (2019 manufacture date) with Freshwater salt system. The cartridge did not function at all, the spa was unable to recognize it and shut down whenever I left it in place. The spa still recognized my old Freshwater brand cartridge. GP Filter required me to run a number of testing scenarios using several of the cartridges, but eventually conceded that the problem was not my spa. They then offered me a 50% refund, gradually increased to 80%, and to keep the cartridges, encouraging me to sell them on to other (ususpecting) customers! When I insisted on their other offered option of return of the cartridges they insisted on charging a 20% fee because one cartridge was "used" and could not be resold (an obvious contradiction of what they had been telling me to do)!! I still have recieved ZERO refund and no means of returning the cartridges, after 10+ email exchanges with "customer service."
ADDENDUM: after all of the above back and forth, they finally agreed to refund the original purchase price, and still instructed me to keep the non compatible cartridges. Refund has credited to my VISA 3 days after their email stating it was issued. They promised to change the compatibility statements on their website. I’ve not checked.

The company reached out with an alternative suggestion as the filter I needed was not in stock. They reached out promptly and I received the alternative very quickly. I am happy with the communication and product. Thank you so much.

Excellent Customer Service

I have reordered my replacement water filters numerous times and only once did I receive a partial incorrect order. I sent an email to their "Support" team on January 21 and by January 24 I received the correct filters. Excellent customer service. I couldn't be more pleased with their immediate response and efforts to reply and correct. I would highly recommend their product and service.

They canceled my order

Money is taken from my account already. Just got an email about 5 hrs after placing an order that they canceled my order. No reason listed. Like i said money was taken already. No longer trust this company

Amazing customer service

First time I have ordered water filters from them. I ordered the wrong ones. I emailed and Rita responded and helped me get the correct filters. Instead of paying for the new filters and returning the wrong ones. Rita had me keep the wrong ones and sent me the new ones for shipping only. Absolutely recommend getting your filters from here. This is where I will be buying my filters from now on.

GREAT SERVICE/GREAT EFFORT

I HAD ORDERED WATER FILTERS AND THE PROCESS WAS SIMPLE AND THE PRODUCTS WERE PROMPTLY SHIPPED. THE LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THEN JUST REURNED THE SAME TO THE SENDER WITHOUT EXPLAINATION ALTHOUGH THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE WAS CORRECT. I FOUND OUT WHEN MY TRACKING INDICATED IT HAD BEEN RETURNED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED. RITA WAS COURTEOUS AND POLITE AND SHIPPED A NEW PARCEL USING A DELIVERY SERVICE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL FEES. THE FILTERS ARRIVED IN 48 HOURS. GREAT SERVICE!!

Ordered new air filters and water filters for my fridge and didn't understand they came separately. Contacted the company, prompt response, and the other ones came.

Love the product, cheaper than the name brand.

Adequate response to a complaint

I am giving the company a 4 because they adequately responded to our dissatisfaction in the spa filters for our Limelight Spa. The filters are supposed to last at least 4 months and instead they lasted 1 month each. All previous filters from the original spa company lasted 4-5 months, so this was not acceptable. I contacted the company and they sent 3 new filters. This was the appropriate response to the situation.

Wrong filter

I mistakenly ordered the wrong filter. Upon contacting Glacial Pure I connected with Rita, who was very helpful. She corrected the issue and I am now awaiting the correct filters. She made the entire process very easy. Thank you Rita!

Excellent Customer Service Experience

I had purchased a multi pack of Glacial Pure water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator over a year ago. The first 2 filters worked great however, the 3rd filter appeared to have a defect. I contacted customer service to see if they could assist in a replacement. To my surprise, I received a very timely response from customer service agent, Rita the next day. Rita provided some troubleshooting suggestions which I tried but they did not work unfortunately. Each interaction with Rita was responded to timely, professionaly and recognized me as a valued customer. After all other options were exhausted, Rita prepared a replacement for my defective filter which I received 7 days from when I started my interaction with her. I am so impressed with the customer service I received. I certainly recommend Glacial Pure for your future water filter needs. Thank you Rita, you are a great ambassidor for GlacialPure.
