Scammmmmmm
They charge you for the points. The points you then use to bid on items. If you lose the auction, you lose the bids. (Money taken from you) If you win the auction, you then also have to pay to cash out for your winning item too. (More money taken from you)
I spent 58$ total, as a new buyer, believing that they would uphold their policy on full refund for first time buyers. But because the 28$ was a second transaction, that they get you to add for a “really good deal” I did not get refunded for that transaction.
They said they refunded me the first 30$ but we will have to wait and find out.
It seemed like there were bots ready to “out bid” me right when the “1 second left” mark hit.

I paid the stupid fee
I paid the stupid fee, and I tried bidding on items. I lost over auction and so I sent an email asking how it works. I received no response after 6 days. I sent another email and received an email and a refund because I used the word scam. I had a horrible experience with them. I would be cautious.
