Can't complain 2 pairs of boots arrived after a slight issue regards delayed dispatch, but when contacted I received a prompt reply & apologie.
Will use again for sure....

I ordered a Hivz jumper and work trousers for my grandson’s birthday. The order cost £50 — not cheap — and the items have never arrived.

What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I have sent messages, emails and tried calling, and I have had absolutely no response.

At this point I feel extremely disappointed and concerned that this may not be a legitimate business.

This was a birthday present, and you have let down a child. I will now be taking further action to recover my money.

Don’t think you can just take money without any repercussions.

My grandson is 6 so ordered an age 7/8 thinking it would have been plenty big but so wrong it was so tiny. Returned it and still waiting on credit. Wish i had read reveiws first. Tried emailing no response and tried ringing no answer and no call back. I will not be using again and will not recommend. Will stick to grassmen

Ordered goods and never recied despite been notified of there dispacth. No tracking number supplied and no goods delivered and now can't get in contact. STAY CLEAR

Incorrect item sent and company uncontactable

I really wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered from this company. I have been sent an incorrectly-sized item and there seems to be no way of contacting the company regarding how they will rectify this. The email address does not exist, according to the mail-daemon bounceback. From the other reviews here, this does not seem to be an unusual experience.

Ordered in December with gls, was able to change my order after I ordered wrong size. Great communication with swift reply. Order came within 2 days. Would recommend

Spent €255 on 7th December for Christmas present for my two boys. Email addresses do not appear to work and phones/texts not answered. It is now Christmas Eve and they are still running last minute gift idea ads on Facebook which leads me to believe this is nothing more than a scam.

Terrible customer Service, ordered from them 27th November still not received my item have tried emailing, text message but have had no response

Loved everything I ordered. There was a small delay with delivery but it was honestly worth the wait. The quality is amazing. My children are going to be so happy when they see it. Highly recommend.

Ordered on the 10th of Nov and still not got the item. I emailed them last week and did receive and email back to say the goods will be back in stock towards the end of the week. Still no order, no response to new email and its a Christmas present. Really wish i had read the reviews before ordering.

Placed an order on 14th November and item still not arrived. Tried to contact by email, website form and by text and have had no communication back!! Would not purchase from here again and will have to look at further action to get money back.

This company has been dissolved as I have found out after paying almost £100 on an order and been sent a dispatch email with a tracking number for Royal Mail. After my item had not arrived in the allotted time frame i sent emails when I didn’t receive any response back from the company I started to do more digging through companies house using the address I’d found on the website and company name only to find the company was dissolved in march.
I am having to wait 30 days now before being able to raise dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

Placed order in January and still not received it. Cant get in touch via email or phone. AVOID!

Complete frauds/scammers - reported this and taken legal now.
Ive ordered 50£+ worth of kids work clothes and yet still to receive and the order was placed 25/04.

Attempted numerous contact channels, phone, emails ect no reply.

need shutting down asap.

This is a scam company. Ordered a little high viz jacket for my grandson. Kept saying on its way. Had a mobile message say will arrive on certain day but never came. Partner had message saying working limited hours will get back to you never did. Just taking money off hard working people. Website looks convincing but they are basically robbing your money.
