Always the worst courier in Spain

Always the worst courier in Spain. Siempre el peor mensajeria en. Espana. My package has sat in the desrination office for the last 4 days. No attempt has been made to deliver to ms. Utterly useless company

The worst company you can deal with !!

The worst company you can deal with !!! They always say that they try to deliver but no one was home . Unfortunately for them I have ring camera. They never come .And is not one time occasion.This company should not be allowed to deliver parcels and waist people time .

I dont understand how this company is…

I dont understand how this company is not disbanded yet. Definitely the worse delivery company. They dont do their job, they lie that I wasn't home when they tried to deliver. Expecting me to go to collect from them. How they have got contracts with amazon?? An absolute disgrace!!!

What a shitty company

What a shitty company. They don't deliver the package, keep creating excuses and lying that I was not at home to receive it, changing the delivery dates as often as as much as they want, not sending any notifications about the delay. Absolutely awful service!

For one I'm only giving it one star…because there isn't a minus option

For one I'm only giving it one star because there is not a minus 5 stars . What a useless delivery/ courier service . They ask you to leave your mobile number so that they can keep you updated what a joke it won't accept a UK number or it won't accept mine. They give you a link to track the package it starts off early in the morning with a 2 hour time slot then it keeps changing all day until the driver runs out of driving time. Then it starts again the following day and the day after that . Ordered a floating tv cabinet from HABITIUM obviously they use GLS as there courier, they give you a 5 to 8 day delivery. Ordered it 6th of May still not here 18th of June what a joke . Stay clear of Habitium they are still using the same courier . I hope the both of them go bust. Good riddance

Worst shipping company by FAR

You are more likely to receive a package from the other side of the world with any other shipping company than with GLS from two blocks away. They always claim that you were not home. And if you complain, they always blame you. THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY BY FAR! Don't buy from establishments that use them.

WOW WHERE DO I BEGIN- I’m pretty sure…

WOW WHERE DO I BEGIN- I’m pretty sure this is a scam company, my package was stuck in their ‘sorting facility’ for 5 days before the package was even shipped, then it was stuck for another 3-4 days - i keep getting fooled as they messaged me yesterday, to tell me my package is out of delivery, of course it wasn’t!! It’s now floating around 10 mins away from my house somewhere I don’t think I’m ever gonna get this package - such a frustrating experience and no customer service either

Please go bankrupt

I guess I'm not the only one not happy.

Parcel in a locker. But not received a locker number or pin by either e-mail, text or whatsapp.

Trying to add my phone number to the shipment doesn't work (I don't get a text message with a code).

The website bot keeps sending me in circles and refuses to transfer me to a human. The whatsapp robot does the same. Claiming a Portuguese postal code contains 5 digits (it doesn't. The format is xxxx-xxx - but I'm being gaslighted into being an idiot).

I think as humanity, we'd be better off without this company.

They dont even deserve one star

They dont even deserve one star, the service is terrible. 4 parcels in 2 weeks all taken to a collection point because i was ´unavailable´. I work from home so am always available. I was also watching the tracking and they dont even attempt to deliver to the address given, they just taken them to a collection point. Unfortunately the items are furniture and the best GLS can offer is to help me find a logistics company to collect and deliver the items at a cost to me despite me having already paid for delivery!!

AWFUL

AWFUL. They lie saying I wasn't there when I was right behind the door all the time waiting for them. Other times, they just throw the package on the pavement in the street. Avoid at all costs, choose another delivery service if at all possible, or do not order anymore from the companies they work with, in particular Lidl and Tiendanimal.

Parcel not getting delivered

I have sent two parcels to Barcelona via GLS - on 29th May and 1st June.

The parcel on 29th May was supposed to be delivered on 1st June - on which we have no updates till 3rd of June.

The 1st June parcel was to be delivered on 3rd June - again no updates on it as well.

I have come here to attend a wedding which is going to be from 4th of June, and all my clothes are in the packages.

I have a flight back to India on 7th of June - looks like I will have to go back without all of my luggage as I am not able to get through to anyone.

Seriously pathetic. I need help urgently - who do I connect with in English???

Worst transport company of all

Worst transport company of all! They called me yesterday trying to deliver my parcel but like most of us do, I was working and not at home. So they asked me which date is ok for me and I told them the next day is fine and the delivery was scheduled for today at 11. So I took the day off and started waiting for the parcel but when nobody came at 11 I called them and they told me the delivery was rescheduled for 29/05 without even telling me! It has not even updated in the tracking portal! I started calling all customer service and the center that has my parcel to be able to arrange delivery for today cause I can not take another day off from work just because of this parcel! I couldn't reach anyone, no one picks up the phone but finally they sent an email to me saying that original estimated delivery date was 29/05 so they will deliver it on that date! Why did you tell me yesterday that you will bring it today then??????? You can not take people's time by lying them! I will take legal actions for sure because I'm so sick of these irresponsable transport companies!

GLS vexatiously claimed that the…

GLS vexatiously claimed that the address provided to them was incorrect. I checked the documentation with the supplier who provided them with the correct address. They simply refused to deliver the parcel and have given me notice about this at the end of the day right before they close office and before the weekend.

GLS SPAIN TOTALY USELESS AND INCOMPEDENT .

⁸GLS SPAIN ...They are a totaly useless and completely incompetent company who do not want to deliver your parcels to your house like you pay them for. They can only only say delay due they can't be bothered
.Then the only option to finally receive the goods is to agree to collect it from a collection locker ,not what I paid for .
I'd give them zero stars if it was possible.
Absolutely pathetic service.

I want to give this company 0 stars but…

I want to give this company 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t. What a terrible company this is. They lied about the fact that I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver. I was home all day!!! Then they said they would deliver next day, again nothing. Now they said they have a delay with my package since 3 days. It is impossible to talk or text to/with someone.I have no idea where my package is. This is not the first time I’m having problems with GLS, this ALWAYS happens with GLS. The worst company ever.
