Had to find an alternative route to Australia due to the current conflict in the Middle East. I found Globehunters through Kayak and Alice was great. She checked different options on different dates and managed to get us sorted very quickly and booked for a decent price. Thank you

Excellent response and service
I dealt with Morgan and he was excellent - persistent at gettign me what i wanted and followed up very well. He handled the changes i wanted without flinching, got me alternatives, and when there a better price, he pushed the team to match it.

Matched the advertised price for the flight. Took a while to get the e-ticket but it was delivered same day.
Had a follow up call from Sasha the following day about entering loyalty membership and for meal preferences. Sasha listened and wasn’t pushy.

Bait and switch
I saw flights advertised at around £1,000 per person and tried to book them on two separate days. Each time, I was redirected to an error message telling me to call instead. It felt like the low price was only there to capture my details and push me into speaking with a sales agent.
When I finally did speak to a representative, I was told the real price was over £1,500 per person. When I expressed how misleading this felt, I received a one‑word, dismissive reply and no attempt to help or explain.
If you’re using comparison websites, be cautious - the cheap fares appear to be a tactic to redirect you to their own site and upsell. I’d avoid this company based on my experience.

My booking was handled by Spencer who was very helpful and patient. He was able to find a flight at a very good price and looked at details such as short stopovers. It is nice to speak to a real person.

Customer care
I had a generally positive experience with Globehunter, especially when it comes to their customer service. The support team was responsive, polite, and helpful throughout my booking process, which is why I’m giving 4 stars for customer care.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the “premium flexi ticket” service. I paid extra expecting more flexibility, but later found out that if I want to change my travel date, I still need to pay an additional 200 AUD on top of any fare difference. This wasn’t clearly explained upfront and feels misleading for a premium add-on.
Overall, good customer service, but more transparency is needed regarding the terms and conditions of premium services while online booking.

From start to finish during these difficult times to travel Sasha has been faultless and Helped me get alternate flights to Australia and will definitely be using them again for any flights. Excellent service
Due to the issues in the middle-east we were unable to get a flight back home from New Zealand to the Netherlands. By the time we finally found a flight, the seat was gone by the time we were able to pay. The globehunters support engineer helped us out and managed to secure us a ticket to get back home.
