We originally went to the showroom to learn more about waterbeds and got an in-depth understanding of modern waterbeds & how they work from Terry, the owner.
Based on his advice and information, we are now the proud owners of an Akva waterbed...and we love it! An excellent experience from start to finish. There were delays (on our part) and Terry was more than patient & understanding.
He and his colleague, David came and installed the bed but unfortunately, there was slight problem with one mattress - they made a temporary fix and returned a couple of weeks later with a replacement...and it was a very long journey for them (from Wales to Sussex).
Our experience of them has been faultless, the product is great and we sleep so much better and more comfortably, and the service & guidance we have been given throughout the process has been of the highest standard.
We would have no hesitation to recommend Terry if you are looking to buy a waterbed.

Had to take them to court to get any kind of redress over the poor quality waterbed we bought , advertised as better lasting than a normal bed by far . But it didnt last 10 months before it failed. Getting it sorted is impossible and we had to sue, even then they lied to the court saying we had been abusive and thats why he wouldnt talk to us.

Total and utter shambles of a company definately AVOID LIKE COVID its not worth even trying to deal with them
