Bought some shoes at the end of April…
Bought some shoes at the end of April in Gemo, Chambery. After 5 times worn they started to split on the seams of both shoes. Went to store, I had proof of purchase with my bank acct and explained I cannot kep box and receipt for everything I buy! After much discussion she refunded me but was quite stroppy about it. If you sell tatt you refund customers no question. Nobody on this planet keeps every receipt and shoe box for every purchase and I am sure she doesn’t either!!!
