Would NOT recommend this company

Be very careful before calling this company! Their punctuality was terrible!!!

Yes the traffic in Bogota is awful but they took hours to come to my home to help my sick mother who was visiting from the US. They did a decent job with taking vitals and giving her the medication she needed however the bedside manner was not good and professional.

They called us when they got her blood test back to tell us what she had but NEVER sent us the results so we dont even know if they were telling us the truth. Then they took FOREVER to send the medical order for the medications she needed. And did not send a proper invoice for her services so now we can’t get reimbursement from her insurance in the United States.

I would not go with this company if you need medical help from home.

Unsafe care, misleading practices, and refusal to provide invoices

Unsafe care, misleading practices, and refusal to provide invoices
I had an extremely negative experience with a company operating under the names PROSALUD / PROSALUD247 / Galenos Plus.
I contracted what was advertised as professional in-home hospitalization in Medellín. The service turned out to be highly unprofessional and unsafe. Medical staff rushed IV infusions in a matter of minutes instead of the standard 40–60 minutes, causing severe palpitations and near fainting. There was no proper monitoring, no clear explanation of test results, and no real informed consent.
While I was seriously ill, I was repeatedly pushed to accept additional treatments without clear medical justification. I was charged for 7 days of treatment, but the final day was never provided.
Payment was demanded in cash only (approx. 7.1M COP), and despite multiple requests, no valid invoice was issued. After payment, the company became completely non-responsive. Phone numbers stopped answering and email addresses do not work.
The service appears to operate under multiple websites and names, with no clear legal entity taking responsibility.
Because of the seriousness of these issues, I have filed formal complaints with Colombian health, tax, and consumer protection authorities.
I strongly advise others to avoid this provider and seek care from properly registered medical institutions.
