GALARTSY sell cheap Chinese rubbish. I bought two iPhone covers with Van Gogh designs. They were pathetic, cheap Chinese rubbish. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM GALARTSY. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures!

I think the product that arrived was better than expected. The only small thing was that the delivery was a little later than expected and in a lot of separate parts. They all arrived, though!

I work at a museum and coworkers and guests have stopped me about my Hokusai "The Great Wave" sneakers and the cute Rococo cherubs with the double laces. I got my partner The Creation of Adam Sneaks and Van Gogh's Starry Night tennis shoes. Big hits between the 4 total styles.

Could very much see myself ordering something else from this website.

The sizes of the items except for one is perfect to a T!!!
The colors and designs can be used for both casual and formal events .
The sneakers are so elegant!!!
The Van Goh shirt is simply eye catching 😍

My parcel got lost, shoes didn’t fit despite ordering the correct size. I had to pay for return to china and wait for them to confirm receipt before they would consider a refund. So I was forced to keep the shoes. BEWARE buying anything from this company!!

Ummmm so I never got my stuff I payed 90 dollars for... and I did contact the support center and never got a response. Still waiting.

Quick delivery and quality of the product was decent but I was sent the wrong colour of the earrings I ordered. Sent them two emails about it over a week ago and have not received a response. Poor customer service.

Very poor quality phone case, and the print quality is even worse. There is a 2-millimetre misalignment on the sides of the phone—the print is shifted to the left and runs off the edge of the case, leaving the other side blank. It’s not worth £5, let alone the £25 I paid including delivery. I cannot imagine they genuinely get any reviews of more than 1 star!

It arrive earlier than it said, and the bag I bought was intact, very well kept.

Misleading and slow delivery. Please be aware that they appear like amazon, but provide service worse than Temu/ Shien. Items not even shipped after 4 days of placing order. They provide tracking ID of a company website which clearly does not work/ is inaccurate. The Customer service phone does not work. No reply to email after 48 Hours. disappointed. Till now the beautifully pictured products have not yet arrived. Will add any product feedback once /if package is recieved

1st time purchase for a beautiful Klimt Cushion. I had sourced it also on other websites but the reviews regarding the integrity of the material, brought me back to Galatrsy. Reviews here, assured me of good quality and good customer care. I am delighted at my purchase. Beautiful material and nice crisp graphic. Kept advised at every stage of the order. I'm very happy that it was good value for what I paid.

Customer service is awful. I have been waiting for a refund since 3/31/25. Return was verified. I have sent 3 emails, "thank you for your email" is all the response I receive. The phone number listed is pointless, no answer EVER. The quality is wonderful, loved (wrong size) the shoes, would reorder but don't have the money to do so!

I ordered 3 pillow cases, that I loved so much that I ordered an additional one.
However the following order never arrived even though the tracking said it was delivered.
Contacted customer services and was put in contact with Jessica, that fully resolved the situation & re-sent me what I had originally ordered that never arrived.
Very impressed not only with the product, but also the exceptional customer service for follow up if there is an issue.

Galartsy’s return procedures are misleading and impossible to comply with.
Galartsyy has the item I returned and I’m out that cost + the cost of shipping!
Nowhere in their Return Policy information does it give the address to return it to.
The ONLY address given on their website is their Sheridan Way address. When you finally get a email giving the return address information it turns out you must ship it to CHINA!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It would cost more to ship it to China than the item costs! Maybe about $30 from the US.
You must return within 14 days but they don’t give you the return address until After the 14 days has passed. In order to stay within their 14 days for return I had to return it to their US address. That was almost a month ago.
So now they have their product back and I’m out the price I paid plus $10 shipping.
They do not answer their phone- Ever!
When you call there’s a permanent msg saying to email them.
Better be sure you’ll want to keep whatever you purchased because this is how their returns Really work

Still waiting for a order to be delivered.
Have sent emails asking for an update, so far nothing.
I did receive my first order l.
The second seems to have gone awol.
Painfuly slow process.
