Not only was I pleased that I got it at the best price but I was more than surprised when it arrived on the Monday. I ordered it on Saturday and was expecting them to ship it on the Monday and for it to arrive on Tuesday fantastic service great communication would definitely use again.

I placed an order on the 19/08/2026 which supposedly is delivered via Royal 48 tracked and yet the delivery status on Royal Mail shows waiting for item from sender. And I have spoken to someone at the Romford store on 3 separate occasions who’s said it has been collected by Royal Mail and he will chase it up and update me on 30 mins but no one has called me back

Efficient and prompt customer service.

Ordered a headset from Gadcet and unfortunately the whole experience was pretty disappointing.

Everything initially appeared to be progressing normally, but after the headset failed to arrive when expected, I contacted their live chat and discovered that my order had actually been cancelled internally due to an inventory error. I hadn’t received any notification to tell me this had happened, so as far as I knew the order was still on its way.

The live chat then directed me to call a phone number which clearly was incorrect (01234 567890). I was eventually given another number to contact, but there was no answer and the voicemail inbox was full.

I only managed to get a response after emailing. While the issue was eventually acknowledged, the response felt quite impersonal given the inconvenience and the amount of chasing I’d had to do myself.

Inventory mistakes happen, but cancelling an order without notifying the customer, followed by such a difficult experience trying to get an explanation, isn’t really acceptable. I wasn’t originally going to leave a review, but after being contacted twice asking for feedback, I felt it was fair to share my experience.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I’d be very reluctant to order from Gadcet again.

Excellent service from Gadcet. I placed my order at 3:40pm and it arrived next morning at 9.00am by Royal Mail. You can’t ask for anything more than that.
The price for a brand new, sealed device was the lowest I could find anywhere.

Quick, reasonable and good service, plus prices are very competitive.

Very impressed.... Delivery within 2 working days of placing online order as promised. My new phone arrived securely packaged to avoid risk of any damage en route.

I did have some queries about the phone and all queries were answered promptly.

Would definitely use Gadcet again.
