I would not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and organization. After three months, I was informed that the flat was only available for cash buyers because it lacked the EWS1 and other necessary documents. They should have communicated this upfront, saving me the cost and effort of involving a solicitor just to ask the property management company.
