Treasure of a shop

Poor selection of delivery choice
The offer was free postage if you spent over £90 I spent £89.94 and had to pay £2.99 shipping. There was no option to Collect from my local store despite this they were hand delivered to my address from my local store in a paper bag.

Sam, thank you for your review although I'm mortified that you've only given us 2* without telling us that there was a problem or giving us a chance to respond to your issues or explain.
So I'll explain here.
You didn't have the option at checkout to collect from your local store because the goods weren't in stock at your local store. They were however in stock at our Penarth store.
As I was travelling from Penarth to Cirencester, I thought that it might be a good idea to bring the stock up to Cirencester and personally hand deliver the goods to your front door as opposed to relying on the postal system. I actually thought that this might demonstrate going the extra mile and providing great customer service to you. You seemed pleased when I handed the goods to you, and I'm not aware of any contact since.
Good online reviews are vital for small family businesses like ours, especially when we're competing against the retail giants. I'm sorry that you felt the need to review us without talking to us first :-(

Great local Welsh company
I think this family run business are brilliant.
The couple have gone out of they way to look for Tonies I wanted for my daughter, great chat over live chat.
All my pre orders came on time as I was told.
I wouldn't get my tonies from anyone else, customer service I'd amazing and both very friendly.
