I chose FuneralPrints.com specifically because they advertised overnight delivery, which was critical after my mother-in-law passed away. I ordered a photo collage on Friday and paid extra for Saturday delivery because it was part of a framed memorial piece needed for the funeral. Saturday came and went—nothing. I called and left a message. Sunday, nothing. I called and left a message. Monday, still nothing. When I called customer service on Monday, I actually spoke to a live person who said they weren’t sure what happened but could “expedite it at no extra charge.” No extra charge?? I had already paid a premium for overnight service, yet it arrived three days late and caused enormous stress while we were traveling for the funeral. I had to choose a different delivery address closer to the funeral. No partial refund was offered, and they should have absorbed the cost on this one. Thankfully, I made a backup through Walgreens for $25, and it was just as good, if not better. I did receive my order on Tuesday, and the print was nice, but the amount of stress this debacle caused me was brutal.

The funeral cards were beautiful. The options were numerous and delivery was speedy.

They were easy to work with. The poster boards I got were a very high-quality, very impressed.

Products purchased were made well and shipped rapidly.

Took a minute on my end to learn how to choose verses. Once that was figured out fast easy make selections and purchase. Package arrived in two days well packed and product was beautiful. Quality great.

The cards I ordered turned out beautiful ‼️ Got them delivered very quickly as well.

I ordered a collage from another company and was not happy with the final product. Time was of the essence and your company delivered a beautiful poster board for my sister's celebration of life and as quickly as promised.

They made the whole experience as easy as possible. The site was easy to use. I wanted a slightly different layout and the staff made the changes that I requested. I was in a time crunch when I ordered and they were able to make the changes and mail out the program the next day. The program was very nice. I also ordered bookmarks and they were high quality. Highly recommend using their services

Delivery time. Extensive selection of art work. Clear directions throughout ordering process.

This is the second time I've ordered from them in a year, the first cards were perfect and this time was no exception. However, more importantly with a company is how they handle things that go wrong. This order was of two different cards of a 100 each. The package came right on time, however when I opened it there was only one set of 100. No matter how perfect a company things can go wrong, so again it's how they handle the problem. I immediately called them at 4:00 in the afternoon and without any hesitation they told me they would print them and get them right out. I needed them by Friday night and this was Wednesday. They assured me they would overnight them and everything would be okay. The next day about 2:00 in the afternoon my cards were delivered. So from the time I talked to them till the time I received the cards was less than 24 hours. They never tried to act like it wasn't their fault or place blame on me. I can say firsthand that you should have no qualms about buying from them as the cards will be perfect and better yet if there's a problem you don't need to worry, they'll make it right and on time.

The web site to add a pic the correct size was a little tricky... but we made it thru.
Was able to make the pages what I wanted them titled as. Our order is awesome. I'm do happy & those that attend to celebrate her life will have a beautiful memory to take home. I will use your site again!
