Unfortunately, as many others have been saying, this site appears to have lost its moral compass and is stealing from its longtime and loyal users. I've been with them since the very beginning and never had any issues using the site. They have made far more off of my deposits than I ever withdrew from them. Now with a small withdrawal pending for weeks now, it's obvious they re scammers and are stealing deposits. Is this not somehow against the law somewhere that can prosecute them? They are still openly accepting deposits and allowing users to play the hi/low game but they are apparently not sending them their payout request. I've been nothing but loyal to them and spent years supporting them. Very sad and disturbing.

My withdrawal pending for 3 months now, no I'm not expecting to still get it.

I have been a user for about ten years. The website has had some issues in the last year. Support is not responding to emails thorough their only contact available. Withdrawals seem to be getting stuck in limbo for long periods. I have two that have been stuck for weeks. The system claims they will go back into your account after an hour if you miss the confirmation email. That did not happen. I am very disappointed right now. This one site visited almost everyday multiple times a day. It was fun and reliable. I don't know what happened.

They are completely fraud , You can never win anything in this site. Even somehow if you win they don't let you withdraw. Don't reply anything when you complaint, just send you an automated generated reply.
I tried to withdraw 5 usdt worth of btc so I deposited 30usd worth of bitcoin. Now they don't reply my e-mails. They say it takes 6-24 hours but now it's over a month now. They are all fraud. Now companies hire digital marketing professional to make them look legit so they are behind these 5 and 4 stars reviews. Don't fall for it. My Id is - 38194280

They stopped paying out since months apparantly. last saturday i tried myself to do an instant withdrawal which can take up to 24 hours according to them. thankfully i dont have too many funtokens / btc on there.
when checking their adress i saw that 1.22 btc were transfered even TODAY at 10/31/2025, 13:01:05! so i contacted binance trough their in app support and gave the agent all the evidence that this scammer here uses their platform to cashout.
The agent was really not happy about the situations and reafirmed me that they are absolutely against scammers and will look into all the details.

I am very upset because this site has been a trustworthy fast paying site where in the past I have made great profits. I recently placed an instant withdrawal order and since have had a pending alert for my withdrawal, that has been over two weeks already now. No reply from customer service. This is very obviously an exit scam in progress, WARNNG DO NOT DEPOSIT TO THIS WEBSITE! You will Not be able to retrieve anything once u do!

I have two pending withdrawals for over two months now: one that was "instant" and other that was "slow". I have sent several emails contacting support with no answer to them.

Freebitco is a scam company. They do not to withdraw once you put anything in. Lots of people list a lot of money lately for what I'm hearing. Beware

I sent 19,978.34355786 FUN tokens to Freebitco.in’s official deposit address on October 10, 2025.
The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain, but my FUN balance never appeared in my account.

It has been more than 8 days now.
I opened ticket #42518935 and even sent a follow-up message, but there has been no response from support.

This is disappointing for a confirmed deposit.
Please credit my FUN tokens or respond to my support ticket.

At the end it turns to a scam site... after a lot of years. I used it since 16 years ago without any issue!!!

This website, while seemingly offering rewards or earnings, has a significant drawback: users cannot withdraw their bitcoins anymore.
It used to be trustworthy, but they banned a couple of my refs and millions of sats disappeared.
Reading the other reviews, I see that I am not the only one who is having a bad experience.
The team may have changed or the honeypot was too big.
For all of us, it is an expensive lesson to learn.

USERS, DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY and treat your bitcoins properly with self-custody !!!
