I ordered a pair of Patta DN8s and…
I ordered a pair of Patta DN8s and immediately noticed something was off. On closer inspection, both pairs were missing the carabiners — one of the main details that make this collab unique. Without them, they’re basically just standard DN8s.
It took Patta four days to respond, and the solution offered was €25 off, which doesn’t come close to replacing the missing accessories or the value they add. I’m still waiting for them to arrange the free return postage they mentioned.
Overall, disappointing quality control and slow customer service. For a limited release, you expect better.

Awful experience and Awful customer service
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one.
The package arrived heavily damaged, and I was also charged over $70 USD in tariffs for a single T shirt. I understand tariffs exist, but that amount is unreasonable and was never clearly disclosed during checkout.
When I contacted customer service about the damaged package, they ignored my concerns and simply told me that if I refused delivery, they would deduct the tariff fee from my refund. Reluctantly, I paid the fee.
When I finally opened the package, they had sent me the wrong shirt.
Customer service has been terrible from start to finish. They ignored the damaged package, pressured me into accepting delivery, and I still have not received a response about returning the incorrect item or receiving a full refund.
If you live in the United States, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Fast shipping overseas
Easy to order, got them delivered to me in Canada with in 3 days, I actually got my shoes faster to then ones I bought from adidas Canada online the day before my order with footdistrict.

I bought these because Adidas doesn't offer them to US customers...then...
I bought a pair of Adidas Paris, because Adidas for some reason doesn't offer them in the US.
After I purchased and paid (including shipping ) UPS hits me with a 50% "Customs fee". It would be nice to know before I purchase how much of these stupid tariffs my idiotic president burdened us with are going to cost before I hit "purchase"....the shoes are great, the hidden costs not so much...
