Order Not Delivered, Customer Service Unresponsive. Avoid footdistrict.nl

My experience with Footdistrict.nl has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes from Footdistrict.nl, but they have still not been delivered. I have contacted the customer service team at Footdistrict.nl three times by email, and none of my messages have received a reply.

What makes this even more frustrating is that Footdistrict.nl had no problem sending me an email asking me to leave a review, while my order remains unresolved and my previous emails have been completely ignored.

Delays can happen with any online store, but ignoring customers who are simply asking for an update is unacceptable. At the very least, I expect a company to acknowledge customer inquiries and communicate about any issues with an order.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Footdistrict.nl. Until Footdistrict.nl starts responding to its customers and resolves outstanding issues, I would strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order.

If Footdistrict.nl contacts me and resolves this matter professionally, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.
