Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service when setting up and installing my first eSIM with them. The CSO was incredibly patient while guiding me through all the necessary steps to get to the activation stage. I'll be pushing the Activate button in the App in a couple of weeks' time when we head off on a month-long overseas holiday.

Problems with e sim restore to my new phone
Had problems with me e sim as it wasn’t transferred to my new phone with the restore and had just bought more data which I could only access on my old phone. Texted the helpline and within minutes they were able to move my e sim to my new phone. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
