A bit disappointed with the application on free mastercard starter pack but at last Jess able to deliver on time.
Need to improve the setup process cos not everyone knows how to set the Sim card manually (especially senior citizen or someone not fluent with technology).
It should auto create the APN instead of we need to manual create

Incredible support! Saved my eSIM issue.
I accidentally deleted my eSIM and was unable to reinstall it, which was a huge problem for me. However, Flexiroam's support team provided exceptional assistance and guided me through the process until it was successfully installed.
