I ordered in September. When I received product, it was INCORRECT. I immediately contacted Customer Service, with an extensive explanation and pictures of the incorrect product. The response was a bot and it didn't address my concern (it was some generic help). NOBODY responded to my e-mail, even after multiple contacts. It is now 3 months later. This company is either a scam, or they refuse to fix their own errors.

I'm not sure what is going on with this company - We got the DND advent calendar and its honestly a joke...

Misshapen weird "dice" and horrible little figurines. This has got to be some kind of scheme or something... unbelievable.

Crappy crappy quality at a very high price. We bought a DND advent calendar for over $45USD to find, when it eventually arrived (I had to send several emails and got no response) the dice are misshapen and unusable, the figurines very poor quality and crap painting. Absolutely gutted, as is my son who was so excited to receive it only to be super disappointed.
Also set up to look like I was buying from a USA store to find out was in fact a Chinese one.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Got a Dungeons and Dragons advent calendar for my son. Cheap, monochrome, home 3D printer pieces that aren't relatable to known characters. First 2 of 3 were also broken. Really hoping it won't be 21 more days of him being disappointed.

1 purchased a Dungeons and Dragons advent calendar. A Godzilla one was shipped. My only options were to mail it back to China and hope they receive it and properly process the refund, or keep the one I don't want and get 30% sent back to me. Not happy that I've paid 70% for a calendar I don't want.

I purchased 2 of the 100 quest colouring books with 36 markers.
I got the markers but not the books!!!!! I have tried to contact them 6 times and get no response.
Do not buy anything from flewsail unless you want to pay for frustration and disappointment.

Worst company ever! Ordered a Halloween Lego advent calendar, first off it took months to get here. Then it only comes with three Lego figures the rest is just pictures. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRAP WEBSITE! My son was so excited and was crying he was so disappointed

Purchased two different gnome advent calendars which were meant to contain 24 gnomes in each. Boxes arrived damaged after insufficient packaging and each calendar only had 3 gnomes and other small plastic toys instead in the rest of the daily openings. Very cheap quality and not even close to what was advertised, I've had no response to my numerous complaint emails.

Purchased an advent puzzle beginning of November and was very skeptical after not receiving by thanksgiving. Delivery took about 5-6 weeks. However when received, product was as described, very sturdy puzzle pieces and well organized.

I purchased 3 advent jigsaw puzzles on November 2nd. 11 days later, no correspondence to indicate product is on its way. No reply to my emails. Concerning as they are required for Xmas advent starting Dec 1.
Edit: it's 28th November. They still are not here, however emails are telling me they are coming soon.

I purchase via online a white dress (M). It was exactly what I wanted. It fit prefect. It was true to size. The order came on time. For my first time ordering I am a satisfy costumer. Plan to order again.

Reeceived my item and it was to small contacted customer service and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks flewsail for your prompt attention to this matter looking forward to my next order.

Absolutely love this site! Everything I ordered was sent to me, customer service was very nice, responded fast, made sure I had everything! I will definitely be ordering again!
