Great service

Currently waiting for them to sort out fixing the chip on my car. Apparently a car is ready for collection and fully repaired even with a chip on the paint work. Might change this review when it’s fully repaired but so far not impressed.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the disappointment you have faced, picking up your vehicle and there being a chip on the Door when it should have been an exciting time getting your car back.
I have looked at the Completion images taken by our Workshop and I can see that the Chip wasn't present at that time. This is now internally being investigated.

Body work repair to damaged door
I took my car into the garage for a body work repair. The examination was very thorough and I was able to get the work done promptly. My insurance company and Fix Auto worked together seamlessly to make the whole experience very easy.
Fix Auto gave me frequent updates about the repair process and the work was done within the time allotted. I was happy with the quality of the final result. The car was returned having been cleaned.

The Customer Service team were really good, particularly Caris who booked my vehicle in for inspection and a repair service. Caris kept me informed at each step of the process along the way. The vehicle repair estimate and assessment was well executed and done in a very timely manner. Communication was consistent throughout the experience and the team was flexible and accommodating to my circumstance. All in all it was a good experience, I'd definitely use Fix Auto Loughborough again if and when required.

Vehicle went in to be fixed after someone crashed into me
They was replacing the front bumper and replacing front headlight
Front bumper didn't get clipped or bolted in and they had snapped the plastic bracket for the headlight and melted it back together because im guessing they didn't want to replace it ane they done a awful job of it now they are going to have to replace it anyway and they are just incompetent at fixing a bumper and headlight
4 weeks later car is still not fixed 😑

The car was required to be repaired. A courtesy car was provided while our car was fixed. They collected the damaged car and left us a courtesy car. Our car was fixed promptly and got our car back quickly and the courtesy car taken back.
Easy to contact, questions quickly answered. Staff friendly.
The only downside is that exchange takes about 15 minutes while the necessary admin work is completed.
