Terrible experience due to a total lack of due diligence by Winn's Solicitors. After a minor accident, I was targeted by a scam claims line pretending to be NFU. They passed my details to Winn Solicitors as a "lead." Winn immediately automated the process—instructing V. Mobility and Fix Auto Bristol—without once contacting my insurance company to verify if legal representation was even needed.
If it weren't for a vigilant other claimer questioning the setup, this would have escalated further. My actual insurer is now dealing with the claim. Winn Solicitors must start auditing the phone calls of the leads they buy instead of blindly paying commissions for fraudulent referrals. Fix Bristol, you need real references because you would not have been paid for this job.

Staff were courteous and the car was repaired and cleaned to a good standard. Only downside they replaced the front number plate with a standard one and now they don’t match.

Everything just worked and car returned sooner than said.

My experience was spot on all the way through. The garage delt with the issue really quickly and did a fantastic job on the body work of my van, nothing was too much and they made sure I was back up and running at work in no time!

My car was taken here by the insurance company after receiving damage caused by a third party. Excellent service from start to finish by Connor and Gemma. I was updated throughout the process and the car repair was brilliant. When I collected the car it was fully valeted and polished like glass. I would definitely recommend Drive car body Repairs in Patchway, to anyone thinking of having body work repairs on their car!

Vehicle needed minor repairs. Came back with a scratched headlight, dash cam not connected and all without apology. Will be informing insurance company of a bad experience.

My car went in for a repair after my bonnet flew open at speed damaging the bonnet, roof and both wings. When I picked up the car it looked like new and was super shiny after a full clean and polish I am so pleased with the outcome.
