Sizing issues and expensive returns
Ordered a pair of sandals. Their online measuring tool gave me a full number below my usual, but, since I'd read elsewhere they their shoes are on the narrow side, went up one size from that and ordered my usual size. The shoes themselves were well made and with a comfortable sole, but clearly way too narrow for me by at least one other size. The problem is that returns are paid by the customer, and need to be tracked, which from Europe to UK meant I paid €30 out of my own pocket. I appreciate not all companies can offer free returns, but this is ridiculous when even their sizing is so off and their own measurement table is off by two sizes. What is very telling is also that my review mentioning these very issues has not been posted on their website. No other review on their site mentions sizing issues, I read those over in Reddit and other forums. It's a shame because the shoes are well made, but it's so dishonest to censor negative reviews especially when their own sizing and sizing tool is not consistent or accurate.

Gorgeous silver leather toe post slides
Great quality - much better than I expected and they are lighter than I anticipated too. For platform slides they are a doddle to walk in. Thesw will be perfect for dressing up this summer.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Europe so I needed something I could wear with skirts or pants and which I could walk a lot in. I wore them all day as soon as I got them, take a mile and a half walk in them every day, and they are as comfortable as sneakers—amazing considering they have heels!

Prompt service, great fit is a constant
Prompt service. Great style sandal and the sizing is constant, I know the fit i will get when ordering my size.
