I ordered sandals and when they arrived…
I ordered sandals and when they arrived they had a small scuff on them. I had a live chat with customer services, sent a photo of the damage, and returned them for an exchange, I recieved a replacement pair very quickly, but it was the same pair I returned with the scuff on! I have had to pay again for a new pair to be delivered today as fitflop won’t exchange a second time and had to return the damaged pair again. I feel really disappointed with my experience

The most comfy walking sandles ever
This is my second pair of these very comfortable walking & swimming sandles. You can wear them all day in very hot weather with no rubbing or blisters, bliss!!

I think I’m addictive to Fitflop styles.
I often buy from Fitflop as my GP recommended them to cure my plantar fasciitis about 10yo. GP was right. Since then I’ve had loads of ops, spine, knees & 1 hip. Over the years I have collected some wonderful styles. For a cruise last year I bought the jewelled slides in silver and platino gold. I wore them on formal nights and smart casual nights. They were so smart that no one told me I couldn’t enter the main dining room, where the dress code is very strict. This year for my cruise I have bought the cappuccino jewelled candles for casual nights and some tan with turquoise slides for walking on tours. I think I’m addictive. I also have some older styles like my I-cushion pool toe posts - they’re 4 yo and still look brand new after wearing them for aqua classes to get to the pool.
